AMAZING episode tonight. One of the best, hands down IMO. Great character development for much of the cast and a great story, with some world building thrown in there. Before the series premiered, this is exactly the kind of thing I expected and hope for.

And the next episode looks great as well. For those who haven't seen it yet, it was teased as a "series changing episode." Can't wait! (but it doesn't air until Feb 4.... ugh!)

With the whole "jailbreak" scenario for Avengers maybe we see some small scale version of it on Shield beforehand. Cause we have two super powered bad guys in lock up as well as whatever Centipede has in store. Lots of good stuff to come, shame we gotta wait til Feb now. Arghhh!

How could you hate Skye? She's fantastic!

Would I hit it? Sure. But on this show she's just so whiny. But I have to admit, tonight's episode was better. If they would have kept this tone from like episode 3, there's no way the ratings would have dropped. Let's see if the ratings hold up. I get the feeling they won't.

Anyone remember where the SHIELD team picked up Skye from? I wanna say it was Hong Kong (seems like it was somewhere in east asia anyway). Possible Scorch connection? The two of them are currently the only known gifted of unknown origin, aside from the Clairvoyant.

Not a bad episode.I liked seeing Coulson & May on their little side mission.

Bucky name drop. I also liked Patton's words from CA TFA on the memorial.

Chloe really knocks it out of the park in those emotional scenes.I'm really liking the way Coulson has gotten to be a father figure to her.

Quinn is back.That's cool.I liked the character.So,some have speculated we've seen the beginning of Blizzard.Any comic related stuff to back that up?I just remember him being a low level thug (not unlike Sandman) in the old comics.
