Could be a crazy offshoot .. isnt Blackbolt's brother Maximus the mad?

Koenig is not an LMD. He said he had a brother named William ...now you've met william

Skye is Fin Fang Foom. Or her father is.... Ok, not really.

The biggest question I have that was left unanswered is Fitz. I know he was deprived of oxygen so he's with the medics and what not. But all we get is "he's alive?" Something else is going on there for sure.

As for the Koenig thing, I was thinking LMD, but now I'm thinking either twin brother (just for comedy, basically) or clone. There's also the idea that he is a form of robot butler, which could lead to the JARVIS/Vision argument from a few months ago.

Just thinking outside the box.

Two brothers who speak the same way or LMDs who are programmed to talked the same way ... hmmm:huh:

Something tells me Aldrich Killian from Iron Man 3 is involved somehow in all this.

Nobody would shrug off their twin brother's death like that. Koenig is an implied LMD.

it's TV...they are being steryotypical twins. What is the more logical explanation here. People on this board use the word LMD every other day here for the last year just because they want to see them they see LMDs everywhere

I could see that. GH-325 could've been used to help stabilize Maya's Extremis formula in humans. And the TAHITI base could've been an AIM facility (remember Bob?) And with Centipede utilizing the Extremis formula too, there are a lot of potential threads to connect this plot.

I think fitz is going to have some brain issues...or be in a wheelchair...

Fitz will be like Stephen Hawking, but talking through a monkey

You never know what the intention is, and now we may have to wait till September.. Then Coulson and co would have probably left the base and Koenig... its marvel, anything is possible.. twins/LMDs

Or because it's you know an actual thing in the Marvel universe so the natural thing would be to expect to see an LMD especially since it's been mentioned in the MCU. It's not like people are being unreasonable. But yes I think one of the showrunners said it's possibly the brother with which Eric played video games.

But it's not an established thing in the MCU yet besides a one line gag from RDJ. it's not only possible..it's what it is...

Eric said he played with his brother William

The person in the base introduced himself as Bill. It was right there on screen.

The LMD theory is very much a possibility. The finale was full of callbacks to early episodes, and The Hub shows us (if you pay attention to the background) that S.H.I.E.L.D. has an LMD division.

Do you have a screen cap?

Do you have a screen cap?

It's a bit blurry, but still plenty distinguishable. This was originally posted in the thread for The Hub. Look at the top left. :yay:

oooo I had seen the HAMMER one and other stuff but not that.

I know it been mentioned in previous threads... But with the skye/father cliffhanger I was wondering if anyone thought the abigal brand theory was still plausible

http://marvel.wikia.com/Abigail_Brand_(Earth-616)

Could make sense with the a "miracles" being introduced at the end of TWS and brand having the X chromosome from her mother. Just throwing that out there...

Not sure who posted it earlier but I love the idea that the blood of the Kree linked coulson/Garrett to the Kree super mind... That would be fantastic

That was an awesome episode. The oneliners... the banter between Fury and Coulson while Garrett was spouting crazy, Coulson's Destroyer gun, the 0-8-4 taking out Garrett with Coulson's "I found it!" May giving the beat down on Ward... all of it just.... amazing :)

Can't wait to a) watch it again and the b) do a complete rewatch of the entire season :)

Ohh... and I forgot, we now have another facility name "The Playground" (if I remember correctly). So updated facility list below... and yes, a lot of these are 'defunct' now since the fall of SHIELD

Unkown/Unclear
The following may be SHIELD, but it is unlcear

  • Unnamed Alaskan Facility (Cryo Facility?)
    Location: Barrow, Alaska
Episodes Shown In: None - mentioned in 1x13 "T.R.A.C.K.S."
Notes: "The Consultant" one-shot makes it seem as though Blonsky/The Abomination is being held by General Ross/the U.S. Military. Episode 1x13, however, Coulson comments to Ward that if his relationship with May jeopardizes a mission or if any of the team gets hurt because of it that "I'll reassign you to Barrow, Alaska and you'll spend the rest of your years pulling the night shift guarding Blonsky's cryo-cell". So either a) Despite being a U.S. Military installation/facility some SHIELD agents are still stationed there. Or b) At some point in the two years between TIH/"The Consultant" and the events of Agents of SHIELD, General Ross turned Blonsky over to SHIELD for holding/containment.

The fact that some are still disputing who The Clairvoyant is means that the writers did very well with the whole concept.

Or they were just extremely vague and chose to ignore it. But they did outright say a number of times that Garrett was the clairvoyant. Garret himself said it, Ward said it, Raina said. I don't think there should be any doubts as to who it actually was. Plus by the end of it he was kind of clairvoyant (or just tripping balls, but what kind of villain title is 'tripping balls'?).

In any case, here is my edited review (had a chance to watch it again and realized some of my points were the result of poor attention on my part). Plus cool new pictures!!!

In the EW article today... they say that Garrett was the Clairvoyant. it's been confirmed. no reason to debate it anymore
