Please, don't take it personally, I've tried to mean more in general than your attitude. I barely post here but I was anticipating this film like a mad man. It didn't work for me, but other acclaimed films didn't either. The problem isn't about your or mine personal tastes, it's that this film isn't clicking how it should, and there is a reason for that.
These DC versus Marvel flame wars are silly and are doing in my opinion real damage to the direction that Warner is taking. It's my opinion that every studio should look at what is working and try to find ways to adequate that if they have the opportunity. I respect your opinion, but the reception this film is having is not what it should have been. You are a hardcore fanboy, I am a hardcore fanboy, they "getting" us should be easy. It turns out that it wasn't, and this could damage severely our chances of having a working cinematic universe with DC characters. I'm just saying that after what happened with this film, Warner should stop and rethink their strategy, not going with Snyder for a third time with no questions asked.
Having producers working close to him is just not good enough. What they need is a miracle, and real fresh blood there to give us a more accessible take of these characters and world. Accessible like Nolan's TDK and yes, the Marvel Cinematic Universe or what Star Wars is doing right now. Have a real plan going for them.
