just came back from watching bvs.
for me, it was just...ok.
i'm gonna have to be honest and say i'm a bit disappointed because i wanted to like it more than i actually did.
i feel that there was a great movie in there somewhere but they needed to take more time to fine-tune the script and pacing in order for it to be.
visuals and action were pretty good but overall it did not feel that interesting or as engaging compared to man of steel.
i'm sure snyder tried his best, and all the players involved brought their A-game, but it should've been better if WB/DC wanted a strong start.
i'm still interested in the future DCEU movies, but less excited now after this.
at the same time, i do feel like it might be one of those movies where i would have to watch more than once to finally enjoy it more, but this initial viewing made me feel that dc better take more time and care for their next time out.
but definitely watch it if you haven't so you can form your own opinion...and we can debate about it later.
