The lack of new Superman film is depressing.

Honestly, I think the writing's on the wall. The character's just not a priority for WB at this point in time. Of course, maybe a filmmaker like Matt Vaughn can come in and change their mind. I wouldn't take that new slate as gospel. The lack of new Superman film is depressing.
It would've inevitably been a rehash of the tv show.Waited years for a Flash movie and I find out they're doing Flashpoint? Seriously...Couldn't be less excited.
Still, 2021 is now a best-case scenario for a Man of Steel sequel, and that's eight years after the first one. I think they've missed their window.
Pretty sure that's Superman's leg.
Or - and I know this is crazy, but hear me out - that big ass cape is covering the other half of his leg.
EDIT: That was my first impression. Looking at the image again - Wayne is the focus of the shot. The hologram has been practically shoved to the side, so as not to pull focus, which is making the leg look narrower than it actually is.

Maybe. But in the picture that FCfromCOH posted there is a whole leg and part of another seen. Two separate boots are visible. And the boots seem to go higher up the leg.
Plus what is with the weird tiger stripe pattern on what seems to be bare skin?
If it were Superman's leg, wouldn't the leg be wearing blue pants instead of parts of the leg being flesh toned? The red is clearly
visible, why not the blue? In a solid blue color instead of flesh and black stripes.
Was Swamp Thing in the massive poster at comic-con?
That's the image I've been referencing. To me, it's very clearly one leg and one boot.
I see no blue at all. It's not bare skin. It's the blue of the bodysuit.
I don't see anything that says "no way this could be Supergirl".I don't know what the stripes are about - likely something to do with the rendering of the holographic image - but nothing about them really scream Supergirl.
Why is the red on the cape and boots a solid red then? Why is there no stripe pattern on the cape and boots?Serious question: have you ever seen holograms in movies before? Because they aren't usually completely solid color-wise.
It would've inevitably been a rehash of the tv show.
So glad it's Flashpoint personally. That's something the show can never pull off.
They shouldn't stray far from the source material for that one
I see two legs and two boots.
The top of the boot on the left leg is obviously higher than the top of the boot on the right leg.
I see no blue at all.
