All this speculation. Interesting times ahead.

yeah I knew you wouldn't explain ur logic, that would be too much

especially in response to a joke

that would just look silly

now for something condescending so it looks like i've made a good point or done something witty but just avoided them

:woot::woot::woot: :sly::sly::sly:

XD XD XD :oldrazz::oldrazz::oldrazz:

?????

Ross himself explained how Killmonger is trained to destabilize countries. And he is consciously a part of this agency. That makes him culpable.

especially in response to a joke
Does it matter when it reads exactly like a serious one?

Bravo.

Well you can't beat this logic can ya

I don't even get these responses when I make fun of BvS and I even put a sarcasm tag on this one

"it doesn't matter that you clearly stated it was a joke it just feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeels serious, so i'm gonna respond seriously and then be condescending when the dude asks "what?" :loco:

i feel sorry for comedians like chappelle sometimes dealing with the "jokes don't exist" crowd, can't even joke about a fictional story clearly labelled as a joke, when there's a will there's a way I guess :whatever:

It’s funny to me how these pooper scoopers are so sensitive with uncomfirmed info. Just tell everyone what you think you have. I mean, I understand campea’s line of thought when those crazies with Zack Snyder Jesus avatars threaten to kill him and his family, but we all know nothing would ever come of that.

I get that, but it's a lot easier said than done when you're not the one having your family's lives threatened.

the fact that it even reaches that point is shameful

guy shouldn't be verbally assaulted for sharing something he heard

So Robles has updated this on his podcast. He's said that he's hearing there are discussions between Reeves and WB right now because Hamada and the other new guard at the DCEU right now really want Batman sooner rather than later. He cautions that this is in no way an indication Reeves is leaving or that the movie is in trouble, but that this is a huge priority for WB right now. They want Batman out before they pull the trigger on other Bat-films they want like Nightwing and Batgirl, and they may be a little peeved about the whole Netflix thing. Reeves apparently had it in his contract that the execs can't meddle with his stuff after all the crap Affleck went through when he was in line to direct.

It makes sense. I trust Reeves and everything but it just seems like we haven't had any news about it for a while.

We don't even know who's going to be playing Batman at this point! 2021 is the earliest I'm even expecting this movie

Like everyone, I think it best if they got a Batman movie before the sidekicks and in Batgirl's situation it makes sense to hold off, but what about Chris McKay? He had a script last fall. In January, he was saying to look for Nightwing casting around mid-February. Obviously, that didn't happen. So what's going on there? Is the studio putting on the brakes and saying "Hey we know you want to / got this movie ready to go into pre-production but we aren't giving you the greenlight " ?

The rule of thumb I often see is that if a project is ready to go, it will go into production. This is why Suicide Squad happened. I don't recall at the time a particular push by WB or demand from fans to have a SS movie before WW or the other A-list heroes. The only reason we haven't seen more DCEU movies is because there's been so much director/script fluctuation (MOS2, JL2, GCS, etc.). Not the case with what I've heard about Nightwing so far, it's been pretty solid.

Yeah, go on and rush Batman movie so you can stuff our throats with half-baked conveyor-produced side-kick films sooner rather than later. Assembly line should deliver 3-4 movies a year.

One wonders if, given delays in readying THE BATMAN, WB will turn back to Superman for their slate.

Looks like Flash does have its directors.

Call it “Just Flash” if needed, whatever it takes. :cwink:

I’ll wait and see how this goes. Remember, the Flash movie was going to be released this month.

I think it's too simple. It needs something more elaborate and tasteful like "F.L.A.S.H.P.O.I.N.T.: A New Beginning".

Well, that got surprisingly emotional. I kinda understand why this dude chooses to look at the positives in this debacle.

They could carve out a little Superman cinematic universe if they wanted

The mainline Superman movies
Supergirl
Steel
Superboy and the Legion of Superheroes
