I never bought any of the others on Blu. However, reviews seem to indicate all of them have received new transfers, except Superman Returns. At least that is what I've been hearing. STM looks great, SII looked really good too. SII DC looked a little less then the others. And I have not gotten to the others to browse through them yet.

Really I'm a completion type of guy lol, Even though I really did not like S3, and S4:The Quest to destroy the Superman Franchise, it was worth it to me. It has that "Look, in the sky!" documentary in HD, as well as the Science of Superman in HD now. Which is cool, and there is lots of extras.

So having Superman 1 and 2 in theatrical and DC/Extended cuts is cool to me as well.

So it really is hard to say, if one has those already, I dunno if you would want to wait for a sale or not.

lol, I'm honestly hoping that someone..ANYONE uploads the RTK sequence on youtube or online in general soon, since like someone else said, I'm not willing to spend nearly $100 just to see a 6 minutes sequence.

Well that is not the reason I bought it, it's a cool thing I've always wanted to see, but if that is all you wanted....ya its not worth that at all. I bought it for The multiple editions of S1, S2, and SR itself. And all the extra content. Not just the return to Krypton scene lol.

I think I would only buy SR on Blue ray if Warners were to release an extended cut, with a lot of the deleted scenes restored into it, instead of it just being featured separately on a deleted scenes menu/options. Also, if they were to release that extended cut with the bloody yellowish color filter removed, then that would just make it perfect!

Just came back from seing X-Men:First Class. Pretty damn decent adaptation IMO. Good story, good direction, good pacing and action, good cast and damn good Fassbender. This guy shoulda been Lex instead of Magneto.

Sure, the movie still had some inevitable "comic-booky" parts that were boarderline silly, but hey, the X-Men universe is pretty out there to begin with. And no, X-Men:First Class is no TDK, but it's damn close in many aspects. Definitely the best X-men-movie to date and possibly the best Marvel-adaptation.

It really was such a treat to see the level of maturity and respect the movie showed it's comicbook universe. It's great to see that it's becoming such a trend to adapt comicbook movies into serious edgy thrillers with the right amount of balls to the walls. And the talent that these kinda movies deserve.

I'm really hoping for the same level of maturity, respect and guts put into MOS and that character and I think we could have a suPERB adaptation on our hands. If I knew that MOS would be as good and well-executed as X-Men:First Class, then I'd be very thrilled and relaxed.

I think it was pretty ridiculous for a movie to talk about racism and they kill for no reason the only black guy in the movie. I'm not even black but that didnt sit well with me

I still think X-men 2 was better.

Yeah, I may be a bit hyped about having just seen it. I'll have to see it again some time to fully digest it. But I'm not taking back what I said. It's still an amazing adaptation.

It was very good. I'd give an 7,5/8 out of 10. I just think X-men 2 was a better movie because i like the main characters more. To me, Patrick Stewart is Xavier even though James McAvoy did a phenomenal job. Same with Fassbender who stole the movie.

Yep, Fassbender's Magneto was the equivalent of Jackman's Wolverine. He was that good and owned this movie that much. Hell, he was better. The nazi-hunt in the beginning... so damn vicious.

First Class was pretty weak. the whole movie was one big montage. it was all over the place and i dont think a single scene was longer than 90 seconds. there was some noteworthy acting and a handful of solid moments, but everything else was a mess.

oh, and beast looked embarrassingly bad.

You know what they should do. Make SR sequel video game it works both ways fans of the film would get a sequel. And it would get better CGI. I think it would sell good

I don't think it was weak but I definitely agree on the whole montage thing, felt like a long trailer for a good portion of the film.
If McAvoy and Fassbender weren't in it, it would've been pretty weak though.

I think the main thing turning people off is the quality of special effects. I think if they were done by weta or ILM or someone, then the interest would be through the roof.
