I think people are suffering from "hype" deprivation. A condition that effects the devoutest of fans. Hype deprivation contributes to insomnia, restlessness, and obsession. It can only be remedied by semi-spoilerish revelations of scenes, images, characters, and plot twists.

While it can be treated, there is no cure. They are completely helpless, until they hit the theatres.

I'd like to tell you that I was running through an alley with my IESB cohorts after uncovering a Golden Ticket in a Wonka Bar and we were stopped by Slugworth who gave us a classified file containing plot details from the Scott Z. Burns penned script "Contagion". That isn't what happened, but we'll go with that to establish some street cred for IESB.

DUDE. HOLY ****. ALL OF THESE SPOILERS SOUND TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!

I hope they're true. They have been consistent with the other reviews (The Lois/Superman relationship being the "weak" point - and hey, I'm a-okay with that. We've got at least 3 other movies where we've seen that so I'm good).

The only thing that makes me question it is that he said Zod didn't use the beam. Although we don't know for sure WHAT it is we are seeing in the trailer, I'm thinking Zod uses it once someplace and he's going to use it again later but Superman disables it. I could be wrong but I'm thinking the poster is talking about the final fight with Zod and Superman, so I'm not expecting to hear he uses it. Doesn't mean he never uses it at all in the movie.

I don't understand how or why Clark would be unconscious for that long after an explosion.
How is that believable..unless his power level increases as time passes and as he develops into Superman.

What are your thoughts?

It's a good fake..plausible..but I don't get the unconscious after the blowup..however there is that pic from the trailer in which Clark is floating..seemingly unconscious before opening his eyes.

What do you make of that?

Well, my erection for this film has definitely gone away with the news of Lois/Clark being the weak part. If true of course.

A young Clark perhaps, but Superman and Zod sound as tough as you can get.



The same way he can fly in space. He is Superman.

What power level would you expect MOS Superman to be?
The same as the New 52? which is IMO unashamedly powerful..

Or less than that.

I am hoping for at least the current levels where he is shown to bench press the weight of the earth for 5 days without fatigue.

That may also be the perception of the viewer. It seems that many Lois Lane actresses have not been well received by viewers except for Kidder in STM.

The oil rig thing could be a simply mix up. It could all be one scene. We don't know if it is or isn't.
