I can tell you that is completely false. Zod doesn't understand his powers when he first arrives. He even [BLACKOUT]wears a helmet to breath[/BLACKOUT]. It is why Superman has the upperhand and is able to take the group solo during their first encounter in Smallville. But during the battle they start to learn and get a better understanding from seeing Superman himself.

What part?....smh

I'll be back later.

Showtime is Superman? Superman is Showtime? Showtime is an alien?

"Seeing Cavill in live action is the real deal. This is the movie of the summer, CGI cape, the slow motion is done perfectly. Amy Adams is perfect as Lois, you can feel the chemisty with Adams and Cavill the whole time. And don't get me started on black zero, it's so scary. Imagine a laser beam and a ship, in the middle of a city. The beard you can tell is fake, and the tornado scene....you better buckle up." Anyone can write this up and we're all chomping at the bit that we want to believe anything..

me and my brother still use that line..but we're kind of making fun of the movie, cause they were trying to coin a new phrase and it sucked

No, it was good. A tad cheesy, but I think it worked.

[BLACKOUT]The scene cuts from Lois at her desk writing and Superman flying faster and faster until we can no longer keep up with him. There is a voice over of Clark's question to Lois from earlier in the film. The one we have heard in the trailers about the world possibly rejecting him. AT the end Lois smiles and we cut to black. MAN OF STEEL.[/BLACKOUT]

I know it sounds kind of Nolanly, but it didn't play that way at all.

I ears hath heard and my heart believeth!

It did suck. Comes off as stalkerish in a way. haha

"I'm always around...not only for when you need me but also for when you deserve me. Always."

Well I got good news but its not like anything major..... My Wife's Mom's Boyfriend made the movie Texas Chainsaw and HE says that he hasnt seen it but knows people that have and they say its amazing, Awesome and all that stuff! So that is good news!.. and its Real!

Nah, I loved it. Still do really. Routh's delivery is perfect.

Exactly. I dont mean to bash the film. But me and 6 of my buddies tailgated outside of the theatre before the midnight showing, we got in line at like 830 just to get the best seats at the Imax. I remember walking out and feeling terrible, like, I can't believe I hyped this movie up for so long and this was the outcome. If Supes has a kid or something stupid I will get this tattoo removed immediately on my arm..

It could be false or tru.It could be the reason why Zod and co don't let go of them spaceships and continue to use them.
Maybe snyder and co gave them a real reason to keep using the ships on earth, so people won't be like they can fly now, why they still using spaceships.

Hahaha that's awesome. And that line, I always think like..."doesn't Supes have a life?" I know what they mean by it...but still. My probs with SR were the story and lack of action. Didn't like the kid and Superman ("man") getting his ass kicked. Routh did fine, was not the problem. I loved Spacey. I think (and am hoping) that MOS will be what I thought and was hoping SR would have been.

I do think it is funny that they used Zod though. Wasn't he supposed to be the villain in SR 2? I kinda think WB's had a hardon for that guy for sometime.

The line clearly has a wider meaning. How do people miss it?

DarthSkywalker, I think you might break the Internet if you keep this up.

Some yes.

Back to Man Of Steel though, I saw it twice, once on each coast.

Having already seen it myself, I don't have any questions other then do you have a problem with middle America?
