Pacific Rim, like MOS, is a big budget WB/Legendary movie and it comes out a month after MOS (on a better release date) so it's a good thing to compare. Why does it seem like it's getting primed for a big marketing push instead of MOS? Oh well, as long as they keep to their usual schedule and release the trailer early next month...

That would be great casting those saying he's playing too many villains need to realise just because he's played other villain roles doesn't mean he can't do another.

Very true...maybe he just wants to stir the pot and keep people talking. But if he said it with a straight face I'm more inclined to believe his "no comment" is a "yes...Jimmy is now a Jenny"

Maybe the actress whom everyone assumes is "Jenny Olsen" is actually an original character for us to grow to like and then gets killed to amp up the drama and sense of danger (and bring Jimmy in fpr the sequel).

Oh, ok. Hard to know what someone means at times. t: But yeah, it's absurd and I hope WB doesn't do it for MOS. And yes, I know what I'm really saying now is I hope we don't see something new from MOS even though I always ´´complain``, but stil... Just come out with a kick ass trailer and blow everyone away. These teasers for teasers is like begging for attention. No class. But FOX went full ******. 6 second teaser for a 20 second teaser...

Its incredibly stupid. I haven't watched either of the Wolverine teasers-for-trailers. I'll wait on the actual trailer.

I think after a while we all associate the poster with their Avatar. And I subconsciously pay more attention to a poster with an Avatar than a poster without one. Yay, Internet discrimination!

I'm thinking WB didn't get the memo about MOS Character posters this week, they're releasing the Pacific Rim ones instead. Which is funny, because Pacific Rim comes out the month AFTER Man Of Steel.

I wonder if WB regrets not putting MOS in place of PR in their July sweet spot. Or perhaps they are confident enough in MOS to believe that it can overcome the June hurdle, and that PR needs it more.

That is surprising as the Dark Knight, TDKR, Inception, and DHP2 have all hauled in crazy money for WB in that July sweet spot.
