Wait until you hear the twist behind it!!!

Heat vision is really Lois firing a Kryptonian blaster standing behind Supes. That's how Faora is defeated! Don't you know this movie has no heat vision?! Well now you do! Cheers! :yay:

all my hopes..........my dreams............they have been crushed. :csad:

April 15th for trailer. Dear god please.

We have to wait at first to the BBFC to rate the new trailer. After that, we'll just have to wait less than a week for it to land on the web.

Not necessarily. BBFC is British. If the trailer first debuts with Oblivions domestic IMAX release (19th) or Iron Man 3 (May 3rd) it may not be rated by the BBFC first. The trailer may even come online before the ratings out anywhere.

Well I just watched the tv spot again and pretended I had never seen a Superman movie before and I have no issues with the acting or anything else at all - it comes off as totally cool. I really think they have a hit here. :)

Uumm, sorry to tell you bud but unless if you get hit on the head and get amnesia or something you can't just unthink that stuff! It's all there subconsciously. :yay: I think the spot went over the heads of at least half the viewers who were watching the game. :oldrazz:

That TV spot was way better live because I had no idea it was coming and I just sat there in shock and awe.

Yeah of course, as a fan you did! But the hotheads who watched it live full of beers and game adrenalin and had no idea of the movie? Didn't even register.

Hahaha well I just tried too look at it as a "kid" or as the GA at least, and I thought it was fine. I have a feeling it will work in the context of the film, but we'll see how the analysis holds up in a few weeks. lol :)

I don't think you can just assume that millions of viewers didn't even register?

Or maybe I'm giving too much credit to all these hotheads you mention:woot:

The WB YouTube MOS-TV spot#1 has over 130,000 views already!

Yes YouTube views means that the movie is a lock to shatter The Avengers opening weekend record!

Grave Encounters trailer has 27 million views and it only made a million and Immortals has nearly as much and it didn't do even half as much as 300 which has only 17 and IM3 won't outgross Avatar just because it's trailer has 30 million more views on YT. I could go on all day. Views mean little to nothing. The movie can still underperform or be a big hit regardless of the YT views.

Lets not forget what Jim said, supposedly something is out today...

Last night I posted that what I was told was "Come tomorrow you won't be disappointed." Which is why my original post was "The sun will come out tomorrow." So the person could have been talking about the TV Spot. Unfortunately I can't clarify right now.

Does Jim actually know people in the industry or something?

I hope Man Of Steel crushes Iron Man 3 and The Wolverine at the box office. Making Superman king of the summer 2013 superhero movies.

Steve Younis said he heard the trailer was hitting Friday. If they're planning to attach it to another viral... maybe the viral starts tonight?

Sigh, wishful thinking.
