Legend of the Guardians was pretty good. Actually of all his movies, that one had me most convinced he could make a decent Superman film.

Watching NBA today, I caught the superman spots a few times cut in with NBA footage.

....I think someone should tell WB that it would be a good idea to show some new interesting footage. The "where do I come from" campaign has had it's moment. Bigger and better things.

Also in Secret Origin , there is a scene where Superman is surrounded by soldiers , lois joins him refuses to leave his side and places her hand in his for a brief moment .
I think that may be the inspiration for the hand touching scene we have seen so much of .

Some fans argue that Watchmen was directed by Jack.
We're all hoping that Man of Steel is directed by Zack.

I never seen Guardians so I can't judge.

If that list switched 300 and Sucker Punch, I'd be on board.

My favorite part of both trailers have been Pa Kent. I couldn't look more forward to Costners performance if I tried.

Two things I would like to say.

1. I love the bit in the trailer between Costner as pappa Kent and young Supes.

2. I like the song in the latest MOS trailer, but that last bit of the song bugs me cause it sounds like a damn basketball being dribbled again and again.

mos has put all eggs into basket to market as a big batman begins epic story. i think they should have split their attention into marketing it as an action movie as well. they will miss out on 50-100 million for opening week because of playing it safe.

Kids books are often written in ways to keep the big details from leaking out .
for right now, I would say that it is nothing to worry about .

Anybody who thinks they are not marketing the action in MOS,
has not been paying close attention to the marketing .
Yes, it has not been perfect , but there has been plenty of action highlighted .
I am not sure what your final point was,
but if you are implying MOS could possibly make less than 50 million dollars than you are the first person that I know of to make such a low prediction.
NO WAY that is going to happen .
