All Things Superman: An Open Discussion - Part 66

The captain's line isn't nearly as cheesy as Batman saying "nice coat" to the hobo in Batman Begins. Bats doesn't make jokes like that -- it's out of character, but I can see a woman making a comment about Supes like the one described.

I would think it would be a little odd and inappropriate for her to admit it in that way to a General given the big difference in rank, but it seems like a pretty natural exchange to me. I've heard it and been a part of similar moments myself. You are at a party and you notice a friend with a goofy look on his or her fact, so you ask what is up and they a response like that.

man, I really love that soft piano motif!!!

can't wait till the full soundtrack!!

It's raining TV spots!! And here I was wondering why there was no new ones in a while.

So we have 2 low-res now and 1 with a description. I sure hope WB won't take their sweet time (as in a few days) to get all 3 online. :oldrazz:

Wait there already is a third with description? Description, please! :woot:

EDIT: Oh wait nevermind. The "I think he's hot" goyerism line one. ;) lol

Usually once our hungry stalkers from CBM put it up they seem to get official releases not long after that.

Danm that tornado scene is spot on. Since the Oklahoma event is so fresh in collective mind, people will feel the sadness a lot more of a certain major character's death.

Pa Kent dies in that scene, right?

LOL, this is pretty cool. :D:up:

I seriously wonder who it is and whether it's a legit member here at the hype or not, lol. They have to be active because it goes up over there within like 10 minutes of it being posted here usually. They are always behind us. :hehe:

lol

From one of the new spots

Zod says:
"Every action that I take, is for the good of my people."

:o

Haha yeah I've noticed this too. It's like clock work how things end up there soon after, whilst trying their best to avoid mentioning SHH when crediting a source. Ah well, its all good.

I know right..I worked two different sites that were hit in 2011 by the super outbreak...I even saw film of a couple tornadoes that were shot by survivors.
It looks 100 % accurate as far as i'm concerned.

Yep. lol

ok, off to see STID...have fun kids.

Looks like a spot aimed at women and a slightly older crowd (no wonder it aired right after an ad for ancestry.com), smart marketing - they need that audience to come in as well.

One thing that amazes me is that despite all the footage we have seen, it seems like we only see the beginning of the major set-pieces. Last year I was really disappointed that the first TDKR trailer showed the field collapsing - that would have been an amazing thing to experience for the first time on an IMAX screen.
