^ WB intern #1: The movie might be great, but the trailers look TOO good. Like it's the superhero epic fans have been waiting for. And we all KNOW about the TDKR backlash.

WB guy 2: I've seen the film, but I don't remember any bad moments.

Intern: Really?

WB guy 2: Well, there WAS this one line.

Intern: Maybe you should..

WB guy 2: Sure, let's throw it in one of our spots. :)

And dammit, I liked "so that's what that feels like." That was a great line and my audience loved it.

Anyway does anybody have the spot where Superman says something to Zod?

Same here. Both times I saw the film with an audience they loved it and laughed. I don't understand the hate on Goyer when he has one liners. Tbh, most of them in TDK trilogy worked. The he's kinda hot line doesn't bother me at all, I think it's funny. But whatever

I loved "So that's what that feels like." :woot: I just wish he'd said it in the Bruce voice and not the Bat-Throat-Cancer voice :hehe:

It was a great line, and every time I saw the movie (7 times...and yes, I'm sick lol) It got a great response from the audience. There's just no pleasing some people, especially the amatuer screen writers amongst our ranks.

Just because a line has a certain delivery in the trailer doesn't mean it'll have that same delivery in the film.

Bale's Batman voice was great in Begins. It was okay for the most part in Rises, and he went overboard in alot of scenes in TDK, especially the last 3rd of the movie, where he was winded and it sounded more like grunts. :oldrazz:

We've come a long way since that first teaser of Clark hitchhiking and fishing for crabs.

Even though it was sorta cheesy, i still love the line "Tell me where the trigger is, then you have my permission to die."
I don't think it was necessary for Bale to scream where's the trigger at Bane a million times though.

Batman always vanishes when people least expect it and someone finally gave him a taste of his own medicine and he comments on that, how is that not funny?

The hot line doesn't bother me because it is out of context and Henry Cavill is indeed smoking hot (if she is even talking about Superman).

I think anyone who reads my posts knows that I hate the Batman voice so I agree with you, obviously.

Bale's voice in Begins was perfect, and then he took it overboard. Oh well. He was still a badass Batman :o

Last thing I'll say about TDKR, I hated, hated, "No, I came back to stop you."

 Bane delivers a badass line and you come back with THAT?! Jesus.

But now, it's back on topic for me :woot: :hehe:

Wow TV Spot 6 in HD was incredible, cannot wait for the others to be released in HD.

I'm currently watching the UEFA Champions League final on ITV they had a TV spot with the FA Cup final so I'm betting they'll have one with this.

Zionite -

Why did Krypton ban interstellar travel! They cld have been gods in other galaxies-that never made sense to me.

Maybe because

it turned out disastrously during Kara/Supergirl's time. Her expedition failed, her crew died, she looks to have disappeared. The criminal Dev-Em was set free by Kryptonian Council members because of different ideas on how to treat criminals. The society looks to have started to fall apart. We see it in disrepair by the time of the movie, civil war, clashing with Zod etc.

Sure It was disastrous Kara but what about the other hundred exploratory teams?what happened to them that made Krypton so terrified of space travel that theyd effectively give of the chance to be gods?

When Superman lands the person to safety and asks them "Are you okay" i smiled so big. It's a subtle and insignificant line, but it's exactly something Superman would ask. :p

Batman's vanishing always gives me a fond memory of The Crow

Last thing for me
The Joker and Bane had such great lines and dialogue. I can't tell you how many scenes featuring the Joker and Bane i can recite.

I thought it was always bad but surly it was at it's worse in TDK.
Dammit, everything always goes back to the Caped Crusader!

Anyways...I love the way Supes and Lois look into eachothers eyes in TV spot 6.

LOL that army chick is just saying what we're ALL thinking. :hehe:

I always liked the "Does it come in black" and "Nice coat" lines. Joker had great one liners in TDK as well. Stop freaking out, nothing wrong with some light moments intermingled.
