You guys are amazing for putting up with this for hours. I would have cracked.

Coming up next.. this time, i think it's for real.. at least that's what the announcer said...

Fittingly enough, he comes on right after they advertise Body of Proof with Lois Lane.

"Chris Nolan's writing skills..." :o

Awwww.. 3 hours of waiting, and now it's over...

The female host got to see the movie last night!? :argh:

For fans like us we pretty much know all this stuff already so you're not going to learn as much new stuff as others who haven't been following.

This is when she asked him if is it true that they are bringing Cavill and Bale together in the next film:

:)

Wow, I'm really surprised nobody is jumping on the fact that the female anchor thought Nolan wrote the movie. We usually get so defensive about Snyder and Goyer getting the credit they deserve.

I'm sure that's what most of the general public think

The very first(second) word Snyder said is `awesome` lol.
That should get his detractors going.

Saw the interview live. Whole bunch of nothing. But those always are.

I wonder if that will become a talking point on conservative radio down the road some where.

I'm sure Bill O Riley and Glenn Beck will raise a few irrelevant ruckus.

Yeah, I think Nolan, with his Batman films, sort of crossed over into mainstream acceptance. Everyone knows who he is now -- not just fans of the comics genre. Zach, on the other hand, isn't that well known outside of fandom. So when the general public see the names Snyder and Nolan at the end of a trailer or TV spot, it's Nolan's name that really resonates with them. They have no clue who Zach Snyder is -- at least not yet.

From the other interview:

When Snyder got the job they asked him if he wanted the "S" or not, or if he wanted to put another symbol. Obviously he said that superman needs his "S" :)

Snyder's not the most well spoken and eloquent guy but you've got to love his giddy excitement and constant use of the word "awesome" :woot:

People will eventually know who did what.

Like they knew Nolan, they will know Snyder.

Since the marketing is waving the American flag every chance it gets and clearly bringing "the American way" back to Superman (mixed with Nolan's and from the looks of it, Snyder's, right-wing politics), doubtful.

But this isn't the Political thread. It's the Superman thread, fellas. Moving on...
