I didn't really like the first one too but I think most people would enjoy Fast Five, it's a terrific heist film.

I'm not a fan of the franchise at all, but I've heard many good things about Fast 5 and was really surprised it had that reaction. Maybe I need to check it out.

Dig the switchblade gauntlets. "My baby son.." "is more of a man then you are."

*Zod stares in disbelief*

Being a Hispanic from Arizona and watching Fast and Furious 6 in the theater with a bunch of different ethnic groups was one of the most crowd pleasing experiences I've ever had. They went crazy for everything. And that post-credits scene was awesome.

Yeah, I heard Fast Five was good but I fell asleep when watching it with my cousin because it was midnight. :yay:

Let me just get HO3 out of the way; couldn’t make it through it, which was a shame because I really had the mindset of not holding the second one against it. Either way, to me, it was THAT bad.

I enjoyed Fast 6 more than I did STID, but I enjoyed both more than I did IM3. So I guess right now my summer flick to beat is Fast 6, which I didn’t find to be particularly better or any worse than Fast 5. I enjoyed both of them.

As for the first four in the franchise, minus *perhaps* the first one, how about we just never speak of any of those ever again… …EVER. The world will be a better place.

Doesn’t really matter. Unless there is some unforeseen twist or random downer or horrible dialogue that nobody is aware of, after I see MOS I’ll have no need to even listen to thoughts on other movies. Fast 6 might be now, but I’m pretty positive MOS will be my summer movie to beat as of the June 14 weekend.

I'm just about as excited as I could possibly be because everything looks awesome. It's hard to even talk about how good MOS looks because it looks out of this world amazing.

I know exactly what you mean. I know people who do not follow all the trailers and spots the way we do - even a couple that I know are going - and I've tried to be as descriptive as possible with my praise for what's coming and despite my articulate nature, the conversation usually just ends up being "Well... I mean... it's...there's... look, just trust me, you've never seen anything like it and you're going to leave the theater mind blown."

Which is obviously about as homer-ish as you can get but really, I just have no idea what else to say aside from that and "dude, just watch the previews."

So guys, what is with Jor-el? Is he alive through out the whole movie?

Right, I just turn into an idiot as well. My sister just told me on the phone, "if you aren't excited for Man of Steel at this point, then you are never going to get excited for it."

I'm told that I have - in quite annoying fashion - done a good job of letting my facebook do a lot of the talking for me. Apparently not every one enjoys trailers and pictures and countdown reminders popping up on their news feed three times a week :woot:

I've decided to keep the obsession off of Facebook for the time being. But if I love the movie, all bets are off.

I don't mean to derail this thread, but why is Dark Sentinel banned? I saw that on a post of his in this thread I think. If it's a suitable reason, then will he come back here again? :(

I know people on my friends list are tired of me by now. All I put on my feed are updates and trailers and images and pictures of Man of Steel items I've bought. I wouldn't be surprised if I've had many removed me from their list!

Yeah, same all I do is like all MOS links and I have Supes in the Arctic as my cover.

I wish I could be at the top of the CN Tower with Snyder and the Superman suit right now. :csad:

Probably the wiser choice. In my case, being as I rarely post anyway, they can't say ish to me because I'm sure they have 194 friends who are far worse about things than I am. Win-win all around.

I could think of worse reasons to unfollow someone on Twitter/Facebook. Like the crap I say.

I don't post there a lot either. Only Superman thing I've posted was a picture of myself (that I'm not going to post on here because it's only okay) of me in a dressing room wearing a Superman shirt and red pants.
