Yep, he does look like DP Clark. The glasses her his idea, and he wears them for a minute or two at the end of the movie.

Thank you. One last thing, is Clark the nerdy/bumbling Clark or more like Superman TAS Clark, or is there no distinguishable "personality" change once he has the glasses on, or not enough screen time to be able to say?

Final question - Is "Kneel Before Zod" ever uttered??

does it ever imply the suit gives him the power of flight?

or were we all just being paranoid?

is it simply he hasn't discovered he can fly until he puts on the suit at the FOS??

do they ever explain how he can fly? anti-gravitational field generation, etc.

Nope, never implied. That ability definitely comes from Clark.
Clark just leaps until the suit. It's not until his father tells him to test his limits, and how he is destined for greatness('Join you in the sun speech', echoes in Clark's head as he prepares to fly) that he finally takes off into the sky. But it takes him a few tries before he's successful.

They explain that the gravity is lighter on earth. But no one ever provides a scientific explanation.

The Amy Adams interview is on for anyone who has CityTV Canada...

Lovely little clip on Kimmel. Glad you loved the movie Power and thank you for answering these questions. :D
As for me, I'm out

Uh-oh, fans are gonna hate the tech suit then. Clark can't fly without it.

He doesn't need it to fly. Although, we never see him flying outside of the suit. But it is clear that he doesn't need the suit. I said that he leaps before he gets the suit.

I don't think that's true since he said that when Zod finally got the ability to fly it was kind of an oh crap moment. And I think they would have mentioned that ad a big negative in their initial reactions...

Nice. I love that he has to [BLACKOUT]attempt it more then once before he gets it right.[/BLACKOUT]

Unless he edited his answers in the last three minutes, I read it as:

Clark only leaps without it
Can you honestly read that and logically conclude that the suit makes him fly?

Serious question.

That is what he said, but you inferred so hard that you made a logic hole. He leaps without it, but he also said that the suit wasn't the reason why he flies.

Unless he edited his answers in the last three minutes, I read it as:

Clark only leaps without it

Dude that's just because he doesn't know he can fly yet. He doesn't even attempt it before the suit.

haha everybody started freaking out for a minute :hehe:

He was answering my question and you misinterpreted the question and answer.

Happy you liked the movie, ThePowerCosmic... I have a question:

How violent is Superman killing Zod? Can you describe it at all? Does the scene work in your honest opinion?

Yep, he does look like DP Clark. The glasses her his idea, and he wears them for a minute or two at the end of the movie.

I know you said it is only a couple of minutes, but

did you get much sense of what Cavill's DP Clark Kent will be like? Just clothes and glasses? Posture changes? Voice? etc.

Also, thanks for being so gracious, man!

Thanks. Anything on what they said about the suit having a purpose and is it something he wears under his normal clothes, or is it some kind of nanotech suit?

So what is the purpose of the suit? They've said several times it has a purpose.

Thank you. One last thing, is Clark the nerdy/bumbling Clark or more like Superman TAS Clark, or is there no distinguishable "personality" change once he has the glasses on, or not enough screen time to be able to say?
Not enough screen time to really get a feel for me... but, he's definitely not the nerdy/bumbling Clark from what I saw.

Can you honestly read that and logically conclude that the suit makes him fly?

Serious question.

And do you honestly that's going to prevent a fanboy ****storm? Hello! Did you not see the reactions to IM3 and TDKR?

Thanks Power!!

do we get to see Clark in the KU Jayhawks shirt?

does it ever say he's a KU student/grad?? or just a Kansas fan?

Thanks. Anything on what they said about the suit having a purpose and is it something he wears under his normal clothes, or is it some kind of nanotech suit?
Nah, it's not a nanotech suit. Not sure if the purpose was explained... ask Jank for that one.
