I'd love to see Eradicator, Intergang and some of the villains that haven't been used yet
I'd like to see all of his villains done justice on screen. But first and foremost I'd like to see the one that suits the story Snyder and Goyer want to tell. But I do think it would be difficult to use Metallo or Parasite to one-up an appearance from Brainiac. This coming from a fan of the characters.I'd love to see Eradicator, Intergang and some of the villains that haven't been used yet
Besides Darkseid, Brainiac > All of those guys you listed > Doomsday.
do you mean they are greater than Doomsday???
Yeah. Other than the fact he killed Superman (and the bright green shorts) he's not a remotely memorable character. If Superman had survived that story he wouldn't have been used once afterward.do you mean they are greater than Doomsday???

I mean, Doomsday could kick all of their asses. But I personally find the rest of his prominent Rogues gallery more interesting. I suppose Doomsday could be adapted into an interesting character were he given some personality. But if it were up to me I'd choose Lex, Brainiac, Darkseid, Mongul, Metallo, Bizarro Parasite, so and so forth over him. But as long as it's a movie starring Superman my ass will be in the seat opening night either way.oh...I think I get what you're saying

Though my guilty desire would be to see the "Whatever Happened To The Man of Tomorrow?" version of Mr. Mxyzptlk.

It was probably just a matter of Harper's government not lending military equipment out as props - which makes sense to an extant; a lot of Canadians wouldn't want their tax dollars going towards film sets especially considering how much we spend on our taxes either way.you're guess is as good as mine. Maybe the Canadian military, if there is such a thing, didn't want to help out. Most times the US military is willing to help movies at no charge
I think the bigger question at the moment would be:
Which villain could they select for Superman to face in this film IF:
1. It's a origin story for Superman since you can't have him going up against a SUPER THREAT on his first encounter with a major villain
2. Possibly, someone who isn't Lex
Its very clear from whats been said that it will be a Super threat, Returns made it look like a Superman film cant Survive without a Super fight breaking out.
Where might I find this? Its starting sound more likely that the plot that was taking down, the one I posted, may be the real deal...
love it. but the hulk has done it somehow...I like the military idea, where he'd have to hold back in some respects out of fear of hurting or even killing soldiers. Much like what happened in Secret Origins.
