I'm a bit short breathed at the moment (maybe because it's so freaking cold in my house), but the first 30 minutes of a DCEU movie is usually brilliant, but not enough to get a pass in critics eyes overall.

I think you are right. First 30 minutes will not feature World War 1 scenes.
