Alright guys.... anyone still have that vid link from the Chinese premier with the score and dialogue scene??

I really want to see that DC intro logo

How was the musical score ?

I liked it a lot. Those who said the WW score would build as the movie went on were dead on. It is an undercurrent in the beginning and as she becomes Wonder Woman the theme rises.

One of the best moments in BvS is her intro in costume with that great theme. They knew they had something with that. It's a unique sound and I will now forever equate it with thinking of WW going into action.

Kevin Smith

A lot of people were saying that :)

BTW at my showing it was quite diverse. Mostly women but probably 60/40, lots of ethnic diversity, geek and sheik and a good mix of LGBT and couples. I saw it in a lilly white suburb too so it was quite the scene.

Well Monday can't come quick enough. The second even more so.

i'm a man but i've been waiting my whole life for this as well. she's my favorite superhero.

That's probably the thing I liked least about the movie, honestly. It looked more New 52 than anything, and it didn't show the heroes clearly enough. I think they'll change it again. Maybe upon a second viewing I'll change my mind. It went by so quickly I couldn't take it all in!

Can't wait for score to be released. Why can't they release some sample tracks ?

Yeah, you don't have to be a woman to go and watch this movie, it took WB forever to bring it to big screen, I mean, they made Supergirl and Catwoman movies before WW, though I feel this team of Snyder (Producer), Patty (director), Gal (WW) is the right team to make this movie.

No.

But it's hard to see the film not be certified fresh now.

I never believe the RT conspiracy crap (though it is fun to poke people about it) and after reflection do understand why critics didnt like BvS or SS. (MOS baffles me but that is ok) Everyone has their own belief of what these movies should be and some are always going to argue. I dont much care for critics so I dont pay it much mind anyways.

That said, if Wonder Woman isnt certified fresh then I would probably believe it. It isnt a perfect film (not many of these are) but considering the movies that get ratings these days (like say Ghostbusters which was awful) there is no reason this shouldnt rate super high. It is optimistic, funny and shows what being a hero is all about. If the critics nitpick this to death then there is really no hope.

Wow, the reactions here are great.  dhandler01, SUPERGRAVE, Wanda Detroit all loved it. :D :D

Really glad to see them appreciating the movie but the thing that makes me happier than anything is that Gadot shines as Diana/WW. I'm very happy that fans are embracing her portrayal. Makes me very happy.

Dude, Gal is so good as Diana. She excels in spades with the naivity, innocence, and wonder of an outsider, she leads the action with grace, and legitimately made me laugh multiple times with her comedic timing. It's hard to imagine anyone else in the role now.

9/10 movie. My wife is a Marvel girl, and she said it might be her favorite comic book movie now.

Great to hear all these positive reviews. That would've been the worst if we had been anticipating this movie for so long only to want to love it but just can't.

Is it fair to say this is better than Elektra and Catwoman then, or the 1984 Supergirl? :p

Dude, you need to think of WONDER WOMAN in the same realm of THE FIRST AVENGER, IRON MAN, BEGINS, BATMAN '89, BLADE, X-MEN, MAN OF STEEL, and SUPERMAN THE MOVIE.

This film beats some of those films I listed.

Can not be STRESSED enough....the No Man's Land sequence is an all timer. Dead serious when I make that statement.

Think in terms of the train sequence in SPIDER-MAN 2. Martha rescue in BATMAN v SUPERMAN. Cap versus Bucky in WINTER SOLDIER. Tumbler sequence in BEGINS.

It's that level.

Oh and I should say...Diana gives Steve a look after the dance sequence that will make every boy and girl hit instant puberty. I kid you not.

Considering how many comic book movies we've had since the inception of the genre, in theory, he might be right. But, since 1998/2000 with BLADE and X-MEN which began this golden age of the genre, is WONDER WOMAN in the top ten? I don't really know but it's damn, damn close.

I'm trying to think of my top ten of the genre and she may squeak in there. This is not a knock on the film. It's just that's how many we've had during this stretch.

Now, in terms of origin films in the genre, oh yeah, she's a top ten and maybe ten five all time.

Either way, hardcore DC fans can relax and not hyperventilate. Patty Jenkins, as I said before, did the Lord's work with this film.

Your favourite film in the DCEU?

Have people already flipped out over Campea not calling this a top-10 superhero film? :funny:

Sorry but is the Ultimate Edition. For me, it's a masterful film. I'll never not believe that. But again, after one viewing, I really, really liked WONDER WOMAN.

Ahh. I'm hoping I love WW as much as MOS. June 2nd is still so far away :(

By nailing Harley and Diana, if Joss Whedon nails Barbara, you're right...WB will have carved out its own niche in this genre and it might be the most important niche.

I'm super stoked for SIRENS and BATGIRL.

I worked the local comic-con and HArley was in the Top 3 for number of costumes. SS may have been a miss overall (I still enjoyed it but havent watched it since) but Harley is everywhere.

For those that saw it, thoughts on the score?

Do you like the WW score from BvS? If so you are going to love it because it is the undercurrent of the movie.

Its awesome! I literally smiled and I hardly care about them. I wouldnt spoil it if I could because DC fans are going to fist pump :)
