Man, Chris Pine has really aged from his babyface big break in Star Trek 09.

While Justice League will reunite audiences with the present day Diana following her debut last year in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, there's already talk about about when Wonder Woman 2 might be set. Well according to Patty Jenkins, the plan for this potential sequel is to keep it set in the past, and not incredibly far off from Wonder Woman's late 1910s setting.

Praying.

Wonder Woman sequels set in the past? Ehhh... I don't like prequels as a rule since you automatically put a limit on what you can explore with the character. It just seems arbitrary. Maybe once I see the movie it'll make more sense, but I don't really like the sound of that.

She recently hinted at a present timeline, so i dont know.

I'm gonna need a visual vid on that. Many clickbait headlines right now.

Not only that, I saw a recent pic of him with a full bears and man, there was a ton of grey in that beard.

In the next solo movie would you want it to be set in modern day or somewhere in the 100 years prior? Like it could be set in the 1930s?

It is for sure – I’m definitely planning something more interesting using that period of time. Definitely, it’s the plan. I can’t say what it is! But it’s definitely right in the pocket of what you’re talking about.

YES Pat

Ehhhh, I mean i trust Patty but I want a modern WW film.

Pine looks more like Shatner (as Shatner looked in the original ST series) then he did in his first movie.

I think it will serve to explain what happened after this (WW) ends and how it connects to BvS' beginning.

But, I want to see it set in modern times too.:csad:

Maybe, they can do both time periods in the movie.

I will save most of my thoughts about @WonderWomanFilm for #FatmanOnBatman, but I'll say this: I wiped away tears of joy at one point.

Totally. Yeah, I turn that question in my mind all the time, but I will figure it out. I approach it with this belief system: When we first talked about doing Wonder Woman, somebody said to me – nobody involved with the film, “How are you going to make her cool? All these things are so cheesy.” And I said, “Describe to me any superhero who has ever had a movie made out of them and they are all ridiculous until somebody makes it cool.” We will find a way to make a cool.

If Patty follows through with that, I'll fly to LA and kiss her feet
