To me, Amy is beautiful, no matter what. She can be overweight, have huge ankles, looking as pale as a vampire, but it doesn't matter, she's stunning...Not like glamour model stunning, obviously, but she has her own unique beauty that puts a lot of 'hot women' to shame.

The weight made her look older too onscreen. I wasn't a fan of her look in The Muppets either.

She definitely dropped some dress sizes before the Oscars, and it payed off. She looks like her younger self again. Win.

In MoS close ups, she looks the same as she did in The Muppets.

She only looks thinner now. Dropped some dress sizes for the Oscars. Her face has thinned out. No more double chin.

Vast improvement. She does look really good now.

Those pics line up with the other set shots I posted, even though the ones you posted above aren't closeups. It's hard to argue against what I posted above.

In the closeup shots on the set, she looked noticeably pudgier. There's plenty of shots from the Oscars if you google them in HD showing that she's lost weight since and her face has thinned out.

She's also a better looking Lois Lane than Kidder, Durance, and Neill.
