Selina should be an artist for a cosmetics company...ugh, nevermind.

Should Selina be a prostitute ala Franky Miller?
Yeah, the blacked out eyes are kind of par for the course these days though. Hell, just look at Bats himself. I don't really think it's necessary for Catwoman either, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see it regardless.
Never was a fan of this either. They should have kept their original design for her and just made it sleeker like what they did for Harley. It seems like they were trying to do an animated version of Pfeiffer's Catwoman with this, considering the pale skin and solid black costume, but that design worked much better in live action. The only version of Catwoman I can think of where they went for the blackened out eyes look was her revamped character design in Batman: The Animated Series. And I did not like that design much.

Almost none of the past versions of Catwoman have gone for the blackened out eyes look. Every version that's been in live action has gone for more open looking eyes, and IMO the best looking ones have always had her eyebrows visible (although the visible eyebrows are not a necessity). It looks sexier and lets us see more of her feminine features.

There will probably be some mention of it. It kind of can't be ignored.Do you think Hathaway will say something Catsy at the Oscars?

It's too bad, because some of Bruce Timm's alternate designs were pretty good.

He's even done drawings of Catwoman's modern costume.![]()
How so?The top one she looks like Willy Wonka.![]()
Thanks. I figure her hair's not gonna be exposed in TDKR, but I like how it looks, so most if not all CW manips are gonna have hair from me.Not a fan of the exposed hair if she has a cowl, I like the bottom one best though.
Thanks.I love it majik

in the minority i guess but i've always preferred the hair sticking out of the cowl look
I wouldn't say you're in the minority. I also prefer the open-backed cowl, and many people I've talked to as well. However, even though I think it's great for comics and it looks a lot sexier, it's not very practical for film, which is why they'll probably go for the closed-back cowel.

BTW, I bought Get Smart on Blu-Ray today. If that movie doesn't convince you that Hathaway is perfect for this role, nothing will.![]()
