I like eating healthier foods, specially things my wife or I make.
it's not the same having a burger for dinner than say, a salad or some cereal, you sleep better and if there's chances of sex, a light but nutritious dinner will help you improve your performance
I also love to indulge every now and then in junk and fast food, but it's the exception rather than the norm
besides, last night I was talking with a friend of mine who's starting to suffer from hypertension, and he's a year younger than me, on the other hand, since I started taking on more vegetarian/natural/healthier eating habits, I've lost weight, all my heartburn/hemorrhoids/etc disappeared (I can eat spicy food like when I was in my 20's) and I feel better allover
basically, it's like a lot of people have been stating: moderation is the key
I do want to live a longer, healthier life. mostly because there's so many things yet to see, learn and enjoy, and if your body is in bad condition, what's the point then?
