I have faith in them. However, if fixing her is indeed the plan, regardless of whether or not they want to eventually turn her into the Black Canary, they'll need to be very careful about it.

Agreed. If they are going to do a redemption arc, they're really going to have to watch how they do it. They're not really off to a great start at the moment.

The problem with doing the downward spiral and redemption story for Laurel, is that kind of story only works when done with a character the audience already cares about. Like Wesley from Angel. We cared about him before and during his downward spiral, which made the aftermath have such an impact.

I don't care about Laurel, so her downward spiral does nothing for me. Her redemption would do even less. Sometimes a character is just plain unlikable now matter how hard they try it make it work.

I like the idea of "Arrow" having a different main villain every season. Season 1 was Merlyn, Season 2 is Slade (although we've got Blood as well. but he's moreso a lackey)...Ra's for 3? Me personally I'd love for him to be the final guy Green Arrow faces at the end of the show. Who else do we have in DCs Universe that would work against Ollie? His hardest foes seem to be warriors/skilled fighters like an archer and a mercenary.

For some reason I'm interested in seeing Roulette make an appearance.

Well I could be wrong but did we ever find out who that woman was at the end of Season 1 that Fyers was reporting to? Did they ever touch on that if they did I completly forget it but if they didn't whoever that woman was for all we know it could've been China white and not really a very important type villian.

I think they should keep co-opting villains from the larger DC Universe as the big bads. I do want to see Constantine Drako and Onomatopoeia though, but perhaps as recurring, not as the big bads.

For some reason the producers were idiots and killed Constantine Drakon off in the pilot.
