In a recent Q&A panel at the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con, Stephen Amell talked about his role in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 and revealed that it doesn’t showcase an experienced Casey Jones, instead it focuses on his origin story. “Gone is the bow and arrow. Incoming is the hockey stick. Without getting too spoilery or even a little spoilery, I will say that you can consider this movie, the movie in and of itself is not this, but for my character, it’s a little bit of an origin story.”

So, will we still see him bashing thugs in the heads with his hockey stick? Even though, he’s not a master vigilante yet, and doesn’t have a steady fighting style, Amell promises that Casey will still use his primary weapon to beat guys up! “So when we meet Casey Jones, he is not necessarily the butt-kicking, vigilante shadow-of-the-night that he may eventually become. As a result, the fighting style for me is much different. It’s much more take many more risks. It’s much less calculated. It’s just beating guys up with a hockey stick.”

Notice how Stein is clearly not absorbed with Ronnie.

They need to drop the flashbacks. 2 seasons of Island flashbacks ran their course, and the Hong Kong thing just went nowhere. I'm not that thrilled about Ra's al Ghul's "Australian accent" either ;-) Thea's apartment makes me laugh, are there no bedrooms, because everyone sleeps on the sofa - Even when they are recovering from almost death injuries ;-)

The flashback are not going away.....it part of the show and now it will go to Russia......

I feel like the main point of the flashbacks was to introduce the Omega virus and show how deadly it was so we can fear Ra's plan now.

Sure it also paved the way for Katana to be introduced, but unless she is going to make regular appearances, it was pretty pointless in comparison to what the past flashbacks had set up for those seasons.

Didn't feel forced to me and Olicity felt like a romance that developed from unsaid feelings for one another into a proper relationship.

They had 0 chemistry (in terms of romance). Sexual tension? Yes. Romance? **** no.

Exactly, but you are bashing your head against a brick wall in this section mate.

I only saw a few episodes of the first season, but did this ever reach DD quality? I'm thinking if giving it another chance.

No, unfortunately. It's entertaining, but that's it. S3 is miles behind DD.

Honestly, The Flash is much, much better right now. It's pretty different from Daredevil, but it's just as fun. The main storyline is insanely good and the characters are awesome. You actually give a **** about them. Also, you don't need to watch Arrow before watching The Flash.

That's what the tumblr shippers like to think... But seriously, they had 0 chemistry (in terms of romance). Sexual tension? Yes. Romance? **** no.
Someone said it best here a few days ago. They had good chemistry, but Felicity has the same amount of chemistry, if not more, with Barry and Ray, and those pairings made much more sense.

I always felt like Oliver would never fall for Felicity because she was too normal, and in some twisted way, he thought she deserved better, while he also had someone like Sara who was as messed up as him. Felicity would see this and then move on to a better match for her, even though you can't blame a girl like her from falling for someone as like Oliver Queen. But they've basically tried to make Felicity rise in power so she can match him and it feels so wrong.

I would be fine with Olicity if they didn't try to force it down our throats and have everyone in the show comment on how they should be together or whatever.

Nope, but it's worth watching until the last three episodes of season 2. Then just write fanfic, it'll be better.

It's amazing how everyone I've spoken to or heard from is just done with Felicity and how she's been written.

Now that the season is almost done, I'm looking back at the season as a whole asking "where did it go wrong" and it's tempting to say it went wrong in the first episode with the start of the Olicity drama.

I don't hate or dislike Felicity this season, but more of my annoyance with her is just how they treated her in general apart from Olicity. It has just been a bit of overkill having her be part of everything going on.

Can season 4 happen with no romance at all? just a straightforward superhero action show.... no crying no emotional scenes everyone happy

Place bets who biting the dust.
I'm guessing Ra's or Katana.

I expect Olicity to happen. My hope is just that they do it for a while and have the two realize it doesn't work by season's end. Hopefully so they could set up Laurel and Oliver's possible romance by the end of season 5, which will hopefully be the final season.

They shouldn't go near Oliver and Laurel again on this show, that just doesn't work at all, they are best when at loggerheads.

Not if they want to keep their numbers stable.

Your falling behind in the news. I already posted that, and its been found to be fanart.

I feel if it is written well, which is what the problem with Olicity has been, it could work. I always imagined them as two people who drifted apart and reconnected years later based on what they learned. Laurel was alreay supposed to have her own relationship arc, which would have kept her busy, but I think the way that she challenges Oliver on things is typical for their comic book relationship, and its an interesting dynamic for their relationship.

The biggest thing I see standing in their way is that they've never quite been like Lois and Clark, and even now in the New 52, they're not together. So they may not be endgame. But I would like at least hints to them being together. It doesn't have to be a full romance, but more of the series ending with them going out on a date together.
