If Ra is now an official entity on the show, along with the flash, what about DC's biggest heroes, Superman and Batman especially?

Honestly, if they do establish that somewhere out there, Superman and Batman exists, I wonder how they'll incorporate it.

No offense to Green Arrow on the show, but he's definitely not the larger than life presence that Superman and batman have been presented as.

And with ra's now existing on the show, wouldn't that imply that Batman should make a visit soon?

Unless they make Oliver into a very lucky person, there's no way that a fight with Batman would go well since Batman is supposed to be much better at hand to hand combat.

You just highlighted why Supes and ESPECIALLY Batman should not be on this show.

Like you said, thy are larger than life. They are the big two, not just of DC Comics, but of Superheroes period.

I don't want Batman on the show if he's watered down to make Ollie look good. Handling Batman properly means understand that Batman is simply a better crimefighter than Oliver due to his obsessive nature. They shouldn't chump the brands most popular character, and they shouldn't chump the show's lead, so just leave Batman out of it. They already crib from the recent Batflicks anyway.

Ra's is a global threat. I can buy that some other heroes would have to deal with him without Batman being around. Heck, there was an episode of Superman TAS where Ra's went after Superman. Batman only got involved because he followed Ra's to Metropolis, but Ra's wasn't interested in him at that moment, only Superman. This could be one of those cases (Arrow killed Malcolm and that drew Ra's interest).

Lets hope so, she was awesome. The writers initially wanted to kill sin off but changed their minds, lets hope they do the same for Caity Litz.

Read an interview where one of the writers said that they were initally going to off Sin but changed their minds. I am Conflicted about the introduction of the LOA, while I think it's awesome and a good fit for the show, I have a feeling this signals the end of Caity Lotz as BC, because when you have a enemy in Ras.....
I already love this BC and am going to pissed if she dies and laurel becomes the next BC 'shudder'

This show is getting pretty popular now due to It's addition to netflix. I've seen about 5 of my friends who I never would have expected to watch this show tweeting that they're enjoying it. So It's safe to assume that's happening with a lot of people. For me it's a good show that also happens to have cool ties to comics and I think that's what other people are feeling that are new to the show.

I really hope we'll get Lotz for a good while. It takes some serious training to do what Oliver and Sara do. Both spent 5 years of their lives to become what they are. Laurel would have to undergo that same training. And till then, I think Sara should be safe. And hopefully they'll just forget their plans along the way.

Ra's existed for years before Bruce came back to Gotham. Just because the LOS is mentioned doesn't mean we are anywhere near the time when Batman "Begins"

Well, Laurel now it's over putting her anger about Tommy's death on Arrow, she and Oliver agreed to not be togheter and there wasn't so much drama about it, they (apparently) are over it for now, she's working with the police, her father thinks Arrows methods are necessary and she is back to see him like a hero.

This happened in 3 episodes and there are 19 to go, so maybe they are heading to a good direction with her character this season.

Count me with the people who think this show's pace is absolutely insane! I love it!

This episode worked great because the main plot was the type of thing you's expect to see on a regular drama show while the more fantastical elements were rather smoothly integrated. Even the island plotline had a major change and very nicely changes up the status quo for that part of the show.

The LOA appearance and name drop of Ra's makes me want to see the other members of the BatFamily. I don't need the big bad Bat, but if Ra's has any serious impact on the story, then I feel it's almost required to have someone of the opposite side of the chessboard make an appearance. Dick Grayson, Tim Drake, or even someone like Cassandra Cain could receive an awesome fanfare without stepping on the movie's toes. And now that we've got the LOA, I want Lady Shiva showing up.
