Yeah, I think he definitely recognises her, she seems to know who he is.

Does she know who he is? Did the promo have him with his hood down? Or maybe she couldn't recognise him with his face paint? But then even her domino mask shouldn't be able to hide her features and he should recognise her even with it on.

In the extended promo it implies that she know who he is. And yeah, he should be able to recognize her but since he thinks he watched her die, his mind wouldn't jump to it being her.

I would've thought that the fact that he watched her die and has a guilty conscience would be more likely to make him see her face around every corner and on every person. That's what can happen when you lose someone significant or you are preoccupied with someone - everyone starts to look like that person. Your mind can play tricks on you.

I don't think he was preoccupied with Sara, he was using her so he wouldn't have to commit to Laurel. So yeah he knows what she looks like but he's been through a lot in the last 6 years so his mind wouldn't automatically jump to the woman in black leather being Sara. Especially when I'm sure the Sara he knew wasn't a martial arts expert and killer.

I'm going to assume that when he gets a good look at her face he starts to piece it together and not believe it until he unmasks her. She has the advantage of knowing Oliver Queen was rescued and alive, so recognizing him would be easier for her. Plus she was in love with him. While he wasn't in love with her.

I feel bad for Oliver, he's in a good place and trying to be a better person then he finds out that he's kind of responsible for turning Laurel's little sister and Quentin's daughter into an assassin.

Anyone else hoping that Sara will call Oliver out on feeling bad about her death more due to the pain he caused and for cheating on Laurel, rather than for ending her life?

Slade should become the big bad of the series ultimately. Or a better version of Vertigo, since Vertigo kinda is the closest thing GA has to a Joker/Lex Luthor.

We need Count Vertigo. He can still be introduced

I'm still pushing for Lady Shiva and Cheshire. If they're introducing Flash, then I'd like to see Professor Zoom as well.

I'm predicting that Blood takes center stage at some point this season as the most dangerous adversary. The guy's just a tad bit too charismatic and coldly opportunistic about riling people up, and I'm starting to think there's a conspiracy against helping the Glades or letting the Lances and Queens help. I figure we'll find out the alderman has Pike and the DA under his influence and Ollie may have to reveal who he is to counter Blood's rise to power by becoming an alternate symbol.

With Shiva and Cheshire, I really want to see them as the elite, $#!+ your pants scary big names that answer directly to the Demon, and I think the rogues would work great as Flash villains who can guest star on Arrow. Deathstroke strikes me as the very personal recurring antagonist. Not quite a big bad, but still a mortal enemy, y'know? Kind of like Bane in Arkham Origins or in Legacy.

Personally, I think slade/deathstroke should be in the final season, student vs teacher ( but I still wanna see him totally own team arrow ) and by the way the writers have already said Vertigo is coming back.

Well since they are introducing powers this season maybe they will give him his vertigo effect thingy, I just hope they don't over do it with the powers, a little here and there would be nice.

They could have just done Count Vertigo right from the start, since he's a technology based villain - or least started out as one, I'm not sure how did things later on/now. Nothing about the character really screamed impossible in the more grounded first season. There could have the whole diplomat/diplomatic immunity thing to work with character.

The Count felt like they wanted to do Scarecrow, but DC said no, so they just did their own rejiggering of the Count Vertigo character.
