still on season 1. i hadn't read comics in ages but when i remembered the name [BLACKOUT]Helena[/BLACKOUT] i looked it up and remembered who she was.

Well, Maybe he won't really bulk up as much as he'll just get cut, maybe he's bulking up for a different role, like Shrike or Thomas Blake, someone who's like a dark reflection of Nightwing.

I love this. Progress in the costume so things don't get stale. Green Arrow, like many comic book characters, have had different looks throughout the years and I'm glad things are no different for the show. He has a new bow, he's getting an actual mask; I just can't wait to see how the rest of the costume changes over time. Maybe the sleeveless look (he certainly has the arms for it) or the more armored high tech look of the New 52 (even if it is aping Smallville). Maybe even some new looks that the comics themselves start being inspired by. This is pretty exciting stuff.

Pretty sure the Errol Flynn hat and goatee (as much as I favor that look) won't make more of a cameo, however. Maybe when he loses his money and is living on the streets for a while and grows out the goatee and grabs the hat for a makeshift disguise for his initial return or something.

Yeah, I'm reading into this mask thing too much but I just love seeing the progress on this show. t: I already call Roy Harper becoming Red Arrow while Diggle is Arsenal and I can't wait to see what their costumes will look like.

So many Spartacus alums being cast on Arrow makes me hope that we'll get Liam Mcyntire as Aquaman in season 3. That would seriously be the best casting ever.

He could wear a false goatee as a disguise, since Sara wore a wig even though she has blonde hair. It will just hide his face more. Maybe the Errol Flynn hat could also have a built-in longer-haired wig inside it. The reason he could start wearing that is that maybe he doesn't want people to still call him "the Hood", which they might since he still wears a hood.

They didn't make a big deal out of him getting the name, though, which disappointed me a little. They just started calling him "The Arrow" and that was that. I expected something a little more dramatic.

Det Lance calls him The Arrow, but I don't know about everyone else. The thing is he still wears a hood, so people could still call him that. Old habits die hard.

Laurel's called him Arrow once or twice. I believe he's still been referred to as "the Vigilante" by other characters, though.

EDIT: Actually, it wasn't a Halloween party, it was just a costume party.
