I think this will end up being the best episode of Laurel yet.

It's her first real episode that is centered around her I believe.

Yay, pushed back to 10pm because of a Basketball game being on instead.

Ok I know and am cool with them showing Laurel the amateur and her taking hits and stuff but why are they having her be SO reliant on her police stick during these fights? She has self defense training, she has been taking boxing lessons, why are they not putting any of this to use?

Stop thinking logically, this season falls apart with that. :o

But yeah in all seriousness, I'm not a fan of Laurel but why spend all that time showing her training to just have her use that?

"Why are you trying to take my place?" Many of us are asking the same thing,Sara.:o

Should have asked "why was my death so lame and pointless, like you."

Yeah that subplot went absolutely nowhere, great job there writers.

Quentin FINALLY knows! Canary has been let out of the cage!

Overall it was a decent episode, a good episode for Laurel and Roy to that extent. Team Arrow shutting Oliver down was a highlight along with Laurel finding her voice and being as quippy as ever. Her illusions of Sara were super intense, though I felt like her last battle with Vertigo could've gone a bit better in terms of her beating him. As much as progression they have put into Theas training, I feel like they really need to step up in that aspect with Laurel. Thus far none of her previous knowledge and training has really helped her in battle and we haven't really seen a huge progression yet with her in her fighting skills.

sweet Captain lance saw the doc & o heart attack after the truth was told about sara. cause he was keeping up with his heath. plus it wasn't during crisis of the city ether.

Wow what an opening. Was not expecting Ollie to show Thea the Arrow cave. Ollie and Roy jumping out of the exploding building was crazy. More conflict between Thea and Malcolm. I really like Peter Stormare as Vertigo. "Korean barbecue?" "C4" made me laugh. The Canary versus Canary fights were decent and honestly a much better send off for Caity Lotz than the season opener. Kind of like seeing Roy stand up to Ollie and it maybe foreshadowing their future split. Good riddance to DJ *****ebag. Glad Lance finally knows that Sara is dead. Return to the Island. Speedy name drop. Interesting that Ollie returned to Starling City in the flashbacks.

Dare I say, this was the best episode all season. Pretty much every major plot point was touched on and resolved, as opposed to feeling dragged on. Every character, except for Ray, had a chance to shine, and the Team pretty much called Oliver out on his BS like many fans have claimed they should. The cast really brought their A game this week, all around.

Good episode, packed with a lot for just 42 minutes. I especially enjoyed the reveal to Thea and her reaction. Well done.

I really hope that Roy and Merlyn suiting up every time Thea has a date becomes a recurring event.
