Best 2006 CB movie

V for Vendetta. Hands down winner.

Superman Returns was an ok movie, but unless you've got a total big on for supes it was pretty so-so.
X3 just stank. I liked it ok at first, but every successive time I watch it it just looks crappier and crappier.

I actually like the V movie better than the graphic novel. It was more concise and much prettier to look at. Also the story just makes you want to scream triuphantly just after you've relieved yourself on the shoes of whatever corrupt world leader suits your fancy. (Personally I'm all about taking a leak on W, but that's me.)

Its good to see X3 getting trashed in yet another vs thread though, god hate Fox, i just wish they would visit this site and see what a lot of people think about them.

Its about that good, if you took the kick ass action out of it, and just made a straight social commentary it would still be one of the 10 best movies made this year, now you add to the mix the Knife time, and kick ass explosion, and soforth....its top 5 movies of the year, and hands down best comic book

obviously I disagree, we've been down that path before, but even if I thought SR was as great as you, I still couldn't put it a head of V, I have never liked a movie more the first time I saw it, then V for Vendetta, most of the time I need to watch something a couple times, at least twice, before I feel out how much I actually like or dislike the movie.

Imo V for Vendetta is like top 3 flicks of the year

Thats whats happening to alot of people I know. They say after rewatching Superman Returns it may have lacked in action but the story was great and I have to agree that movie proably had one of the best Superman stories ever.

that is incorrect, V is every bit as deep as everyone thinks superman is, and 4000 times the action moive, and just movie in general
