Drama Breaking Bad - - Part 15

The very first scene in episode 1 is where I got hooked. Dat iconic flying pantaloons.

I'll probably keep watching. It's interesting.

And I'm sure most of you saw the esurance commercial.

It actually took me a while to get hooked on this show, but this was the scene that changed it for me:

I'm sure I was hooked by the end of the 1st episode.

Finished Season 1. It's interesting and has decent character development so I'll keep going.

The show gets bigger in scope and more dramatic with every season. I envy you, have fun.

I first checked out the show during a marathon before the S4 premier. The crying pillow is what got me to watch the S4 opener and THEN MOTHER****ING GUSTAVO FRING....... The rest is history.

Your words make no sense, therefore they shall be ignored.

So I'm on the fly episode (10) in S3 and Walter says "What would Ebola be doing in our lab?" and that cracked me up considering what's going on now. That had a totally different meaning when it first aired.

Apparently, 'Better Call Saul' is coming on tomorrow and I'm almost positive its going to be as boring as the first three seasons of Breaking Bad.

I'm genuinely curious: How do you manage to get through a single season, let alone three, of any show if you find it boring?

Regardless of popularity, I'll give a show maybe 2-3 episodes max to get me on board, usually not even that. Most of the time if the pilot doesn't hook me, I figure the show had it's chance and that's the end of it.

I'm honestly not looking for an argument or trying to pick on you. I really want to know!

The slow stuff was boring, we all know it to be true. But the two main characters were never boring so I don't see how the show overall could be considered boring. Basically the two leads were so awesome that the other characters were just boring lame-os in their shadow. Until they turned it into an ensemble crime show.

The only time I thought an episode was "boring" was the Fly. Other than that, I never found it boring.

I can't think of one single moment where I felt bored watching this. Now The Wire, there's an acclaimed show with some dreadfully dull sections.

Don't mistake your opinion for everyone else's. Like Whiskey Tango, I can't think of a single time while watching Breaking Bad where I ever felt bored.

The Wire and Mad Men both are boring as ****. And both are great.
