Chapter 10: "Truth and Consequences" discussion thread 11/26

Nikki wasn't too bad, but West and Micah were particularly wretched. So was Maya and, well, yeah, everyone was bad.

The most consistent actors are Coleman, Panettiere, Pasdar and Quinto.

we'll never know since none of 12 have displayed their powers.

But it's interesting that Victoria implied Arthur had a power also.

Mildly shty episode tonight.

So I'm assuming Molly, Suresh, and Matt were living in Suresh's old apartment from season one? Had to have been if Sylar knew exactly where to find Molly. I never noticed it was the same apartment.

Maya has officially worn out her welcome. I was excited as hell when I found out Dania was going to be on Heroes, but her character is a grade A certifiable dipsht with idiotic tendencies. I can't say I'd be all that sad if Sylar finally axed the chick to spare us more of her stupidity. I still love u, Dania...but "Maya" needs some Sylar treatment.

Elle steals her scenes everytime. I guess the slushy bit is gonna become her trademark...good stuff watching her tryna roll out with slush in one hand and bullet wound in other.

I guess Victoria's power is pretty useless seeing as how she didn't use it, whatever it was, against Peter or Adam. What is it with these old timers and their top secret powers? Not even fallin' off a damn building was enough for Kaito to show us what he can do. Also interesting that Vicky seems to hate Peter's parents after Mama Petrelli tried so hard to protect her location.

We also got confirmation that Adam can be killed, and I guess Claire also, by getting their heads blown to bits. Peter needs to get his mind off that Irish chick and wake up...everyone's telling u Adam is no good, but u wanna continue to act brand new. Maybe if Hiro tells u he'll help u save Lucky Charms, u'll snap out of your Irish Spring stupor.

Good to see some St. Joan action. I like Monica. She needs more practice though. She shoulda searched her iPod for some Xena episodes and owned those thugs as soon as she heard them coming. She got scared.

So 2 Heroes die? I dunno who it'll be, but I'm hoping for Niki as one of them.

We haven't seen much...but of what we have seen, I daresay that Anders belongs on that list.

He's so manipulative. I love it!

Anders has the best fake British accent ever. I went into a stupor when I found out he's from Oregon.

Ah, yes, XPlicit Content reminds me of another thing...

What the Hell was with the one-armed slushie deal? That was not the right scene for comedic relief. :down

I thought this episode was the best one this season. I'm a little upset that we don't get to see the Peter vs. Hiro fight this episode, but it was still pretty good. Sylar's back and evil, great acting from Claire, Elle's gonna get beat up pretty soon, Peter's doing a great job of turning to the dark side, and Victoria seems like an interesting character, too bad she's dead.

This finale is going to be insane!

I've heard Brits say Anders accent is way off and that no one there talks like that.

what i think they were gonna do was wet our appetite for the original 12's powers for this whole volume, then satiate all at once in the should-have-been next volume in this season which would have started in 2 weeks if not for the god forsaken writers strike. having seen this episode, i can definately see how well it would have worked out with the entrance of said volume then the third volume of the season (entitled "The Virus" i believe).

I doubt they would've dragged out the virus storyline.

I personally smell a prequel.

The next chapter is called "Exodus", which could be referring to [BLACKOUT]the freedom of the virus.[/BLACKOUT]

So far out of the 12, we have seen Bobs power to turn things into gold, Mr.Parker to have a high level of telepathy, and ofcourse the ever so popular Linderman having empathy.

Nathan has been standing outside the Irish pub, IN THE RAIN, since Four Months Ago. Wadafxup?

Terrible episode.

They REALLY dropped the ball on the whole past generations story arc.

There was so much possibility to go back and revisit the days of the 12 but they just fell flat on their faces.

Bring on Season 3 if we're lucky.

ok any place to watch tonights episode that's not NBC.com (if you catch my drift)?

Linderman has healing.

And Mr. Parker can web-swing. :cwink:

and yeah, you're right. It's Mrs. Petrelli, Kaito, and the rest that are complete mysteries.
