I think to get the powers, he just studied it. Obviously, Claire is lucky she's a healer or she'd have died like everyone else from having their skull cut in half.

He looked like he removed something very small, or messed with her nerve endings after he already studied her brain, which is why she now feels no pain.

She didn't order the hit on Nathan but she knew it was Future Peter because she saw it in her dreams. She was talking to Future Peter on the phone in Season 2 telling him that he opened up a Pandora's Box for what he did, in this case, messing up the timeline.

I liked how they ended the episode with William Butler Yeat's poem "The Second Coming," especially juxtoposing it with Sylar walking through the suburbs. Nice touch.

If she can't be killed then what the hell was the whole point of: "Save the cheerleader.Save the world"!?

She didn't order the hit on Nathan but she knew it was Future Peter because she saw it in her dreams. She was talking to Future Peter on the phone in Season 2 telling him that he opened up a Pandora's Box for what he did, in this case, messing up the timeline.

I'm not entirely sure that Angela had future Peter's cell phone number. From what we've seen, her prophetic dreams aren't so... precise. I think its an idea the writers decided not to follow up on, or changed since that scene was shot.

On Claire and Peter's phone conversation, keep in mind that it was Future Peter, who wanted Nathan to die.

Remember peters and nathans mom can see the future... the mom obviously knew the reason behind save the cheerleader save the world.. it really wasnt to save clairs life, it was to save her brain... if sylar had gotten hold of her brain and power in the begining the show would be over.

clair is key element of the show... i always new she had something more.

It's also hilarious that Sylar somehow couldn't get into the closet because she put a chain on the door. The show is best viewed as a comedy...
