Chapter 49 - "Trust and Blood" - Discussion Thread - 2/9/09

It's Tracy in the previews, stop hat'in.

Yeah that was pretty stinking awesome I must say, I really hope Matt goes ape-**** on the bald guy, he deserves that. Sylar is still the best villian in televison history. I think Tracy will escape but it will take alot.

I hope Tracey lets loose and freezes the hell out of the place.

Yeah its time for her to go Iceman on the joint.

This episode was great. If they can keep it up this will be an awesome season of Heroes.

And I don't think we'll have to wait long for it..

There was a picture Kay Foster, one of the writers on Heroes, posted of an entire parking garage covered in ice with icicles and ice columns everywhere!

Oh and sorry for the double post but I thought this was pretty big.

Does anyone else think Rebel could be MICAH??!

Good call. That could be possible. Why would he have so much hate though?

Well, Nathan did give his picture over to the president at the end of volume three so I'm sure they are headed out to capture or have already tried.

And I think I may need a screenshot during the previews for next week, but on the board where they had pictures of all the HEROES I think I saw Monica' s picture up there as well.

Apparently Daphne is
not dead because she is in the episode summary for next week.

Alright I enjoyed the episode. The Luke/Syler plot was funny, Syler had some funny lines. The other plot well I liked seeing Peter leaderish and his speech was cool two. I think he's slowly becoming the man in 5 Years Gone, yah know Future Peter? soon hey'll be able to control his powers two. He's already getting to know them any ways. HRG is starting to get annoying to me, its always the same for him. But at least I know he's not all evil he's just doing it for Claire. Nathan gurr he's ticking me off that man :cmad:
Over all good episode, can't wait for next weeks. Matts new power though is annoying but what can I say I'm tired of that power, really I am LOL.

Thats kinda dissapointing but im kinda glad, i wish she would have died but im glad she is still alive. Double edged sword.

Claire has become the most annoying hero imo...

Claire would be more interesting if she'd actually do something other than talk about doing something. If she'd going to be stuck at home playing at going to college, she should be shown spending her free time in some sort of self defense class. Hell, she should just go Bruce Wayne and start learning as much as possible.

I was thinking that exact same thing man! How awesome would it be if Micah makes a return and has developed and refined his powers since his mothers death. He could be just like Hana from season one but probably more powerful

I could see that fitting into the plot nicely . I think Micah could be very powerful if given the opportunity.

Another decent episode. So it looks like Peter can, indeed, only absorb and hold onto one power at a time. And we see that HRG hasn't completely turned over to the dark side. Of course, Sylar is busy corrupting the youth of America, while Nathan no longer has mommy to turn to when the s*** hits the fan. Oh, and we have a great rationale for how we know someone is alive thanks to Ando--"In the future I kill him, so that means he's still alive." :woot:

Still, I'm wondering if Daphne is indeed out of the picture or was just wounded. Whatever, gives Matt a motivation. Although I'm still not to sure about him having the "paint the future" ability still. And hopefully, we're starting to see an end between the constant "I love you, daddy/now I hate you" back and forth between her and HRG and that Claire finally quits whinning and grows up.

Who does everyone think "the Rebel" is? My guess is it could be Claude or possibly Hana, I highly doubt it's Angela.

Rebel was revealed in the graphic novel this week, it's some random girl that can fly. I hope there's more to it then that because that's just stupid.
