I confess that there's been a bit of deja vu in my life lately and it's weirding me out.

i confess i own almost 600 movies and have only seen maybe half of them

I know that feeling bro...it's called ''retail therapy' I, too, buy **** I don't need.

I gots me a new phone. Virgin Mobile Awe. It was half off, got it for $40 bucks at Radio (going under slowly) Shack.

Yeah, be jealous, until you learn it's the Sprint Nationwide Network/3G, then you all be like 'Dodged a bullet'. :o

not jealous at all

and i don't buy them for retail therapy. i don't think i've paid full retail for even 10% of the movies i have. i'd easily say at least 50-60% of them i got for free or less than $5 and about 80% for less than 10 bucks easy

1. Awwwwww.

2. I buy stuff for retail therapy, but I've got issues.

I confess I'm nervous as hell.

I confess I love Kelly Clarkson's Catch My Breath so much I would be willing to get into a physical altercation over someone who criticized it. :atp:

My cattle call audition for The Voice.

Iron Man 4

If I had my druthers, I'd like to explore the continued character growth of the Tony Stark character, ''Pepper" Potts . In "IM4", we are introduced to Tony as an aging, wayward man-child, untethered in a society buffeted by recession, personal isolation and social rifts. I especially enjoyed the "yin and yang" conceit of positing the Just A Rather Very Intelligent System and the fat guy from Swingers and aggressively dealing with the themes thence raised.

In the fourth movie, I would like to see these themes brought to a successful denouement. I would hope that the filmmakers would have the discipline and maturity to avoid resolving loose ends through an epic, Manichean battle sequence, a la Petite Enfants Sur Le Etouffee . One tantalizing suggestion I've seen surface in some circles is to juxtapose the Hollywood milieu of self aggrandizing producer titans with a pastoral, goat-herding motif that hearkens to man's antediluvian ambitions for oeconomic security and domesticity. I think this could best be achieved through careful, judicious nudity.

I wish the ********s on my floor would shut up. It's three in the damn morning and they're still carrying on.

Call the cops & tell them the people on your floor are disturbing the peace.

You almost had me... ALMOST. :oldrazz: :word:

I confess that it really bothers me that WB has made three films for one single book (Hobbit and now this HP spinoff) and they are making no real effort in Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and The Flash.

Yep, & before it was all about Harry Potter. WB in my opinion apparently has low priorities with superhero films.

What in God's name are they waiting for? NOLAN IS GONE, WB, THAT'S OVER!

Nolan's their creative consultant for their live action DC properties: even the writers of Arrow have to run things by him. As for the Hobbit, I
The trilogy is not based solely on the book, but the appendices and a short story Tolkien wrote as well. They have not had much luck with live action adaptations: they 've had a string of bombs (Green Lantern, Jonah Hex,) and a film that created one of the most extreme cases of polarization: MoS. While I am sad there is no progress on the one project that promises-JL:Dark-I am happy DC is thinking things through. I'd hate for them to keep adding links to their chain of mistakes.

I confess it always bothered me that when the Power Rangers were given their ninja powers that their suits still were dinosaur based. They at least attempted to explain it with the Thunderzords.

I'm a sucker for t-shirts that have a design of a movie/band/TV show I like.

I really want to get some of those fake Godzilla hoodies I keep seeing online. They look awesome but no one will ever make them. :(

Confession,

When I was a kid there was a school field trip. On a ferry (boat). I guess we were going somewhere, I dunno. I was a kid, cannot remember that part well. But what I do remember is bringing my first ever toy/gift I have. My small brown teddy bear. And I always remember that I wanted to throw/drop him in the river....and I guess see if anyone would go in and get him.....but this morning I literally remember that if no one got my teddy from being tossed overboard into the river, that I would had gone overboard to get him. And well, I still don't know how to swim to this day.

Soooo....guess my first thought of death was when I was a kid.
