CW Presents: The Vampire Diaries - Part 1

The first few seasons were really great. I remember almost every episode ending with a twist or a cliffhanger. I was also wondering at that time how I'm finding a friggin' CW vampire show more interesting than an HBO vampire show.

True Blood also started off decently.

I can't disagree with that but when I started on TVD (I was a few seasons late), it was already the bad times for TB (who I was following in real time).

I'd say True Blood's highs were a bit higher than TVD's, but TVD had a much greater consistency overall. True Blood was basically the Glee of vampire shows. When it was good, it was great, but when it was bad, holy ****ing ****...

I needed more Lexi! She was such a great character that they shouldve added full tiem.

I'm really happy with the finale, it's been a great ride.

I would have liked to see that vampire that Jeremy had a crush on in season one, but other than that I'm happy with who we saw. I don't quite understand what happened with these spirits, if they all got a minute on Earth or something.

Im glad he seemed to be able to talk sense Julie at times. She wanted Season 1 to end with a Delena kiss which Im glad it didnt.

Sort of wonder what would have happened had KW and or Nina had been around the whole time. Plec seemed a little too in love with Damon and her own work.

I really wonder how his career will go or if he will just kind of give up mainstream acting. He should try to stick to TheCW.
