Why do I get the feeling that...

Hawkman was just killed off

[blackout]Hawkmans death kind of needed to happen. It's like Coulson in Avengers. They needed this to truly bring them all together.[/blackout]

Well part two was pretty good cobtinuation. We got to see some oh crap we screwed history with young Martin and ray leaving future tech in past. The break in at vandal place scenes was fun. And the group dynamics was good. Sfx still good.
And wow with carter biting it. Well folks wanted him gone there we go. I do wonder when we will see carter brought back for his next life. And interesting they offed him this soon.

Great freaking episode. I think this may have been the best out of the three this week,

I like how Hawkman died unexpectedly, yet it still had the emotion needed behind it, and you feel the consequences, which is something I thought this should would find a way to avoid. They almost did it with Stein, but I'm glad they fixed that. I was also pleasantly surprised that their immediate solution at first wasn't to go back to the past a day to stop Savage. They messed up, and they needed to fix their initial mistakes.

And I'll just say, I freaking love Captain Cold so much.

Interesting to see Damian Darhk in 1975. Not happy with them offing Hawkman so soon.

Talk about a meaningless death. I am fine that they killed him off but it meant nothing to me and meant nothing to the team. No one was mourning him or even seemed to care.

DD's cameo was also kind of pointless, we learned nothing new about him and he disappeared as soon as he appeared.

And why isn't Rip going on these missions? He's like "you're all screwups, have at it." Certainly, at least the Stein meeting Stein one is important.
I have a feeling it's to teach them a lession and the fact they said they didn't trust him as leader cause he lied to them intially. as we saw with doctor stein and the matter of meeting his wife, when they screw up he's the only one with experience to set time straight and onthe right course. if rip didn't do that it's very possible there wouldn't be a firestorm .

I find it funny how the entire team was screwing up so much with out rip. and that it didn't come to stein current day that his younger self would be so obsessed with his invention that he'd put a tracking device on it and would care about faculty meet up if one of his prize invention have been stolen from him .

the hawks shouldn't be allowed to face vandal alone ever again. they ether face him as a team or not at all.

I won't write off carter as dead cause he can reincarnate, so they can just pick him up at a nother point in time.also kedra was bothered and deeply dissturbed the only that said some was snart that said no kill any one in a crew he's in so he was bothered but he's a cool headed guy. and kendra/ chy' era's wasn't the only one bothered.

but Carter and kendra need to smarten up in how they fight. . and not fight him on their own , have some of the other on the crew help them cause every time one of them get's stabbed the other get's distracted by the sight of it. and they need all the N'th metal object and to know which one belongs to who.

I'll second that. And about the Legends part. If they pop up in enough time periods there will be Legends of the Cold man, the burning man and others who keep showing up to fight the devil Savage.

Carter death meant something to the only person who really mattered to him. When Kendra was balling crying I felt her pain at least which made his death all the more tragic.

Agreed, if anything this will definitely serve as a means to motivate Kendra especially to become a better fighter since her skills have been still lacking, especially when compared to Sara's.

we have to remember snart also said no one kills any member of a crew he rolls with. So as I said up top he was bothered too, surprisingly. he's just cool headed reaction wise . Doesn't mean he wasn't bothered though. they just weren't acting hysterical like kendra. she is the one that known him the longest after all.

I only got to see half the episode, but it doesn't surprise me that A) things keep going incredibly badly for our heroes (Murphy's Law and all) and B) the writers killed off the character that they did.

well like I said he'll be back on that ship in a future point due his involuntary incarnation ability. guess it'll be kendra teaching him this time around how to be a hawk warrior, as he said when he met her in legends of yesterday there times where she did that for him as well.

lookiing at what was said at the bottom

Again (and again), Guggenheim notes that the specific circumstances of Hawkman’s latest death are “complicated.” So perhaps viewers won’t have to wait for Hawkgirl to also die — and then wait out/time-jump ahead 20 to 30 years — to see him again?
“It’s totally possible,” the EP allows.

Like I said in my edit, we'll probably see Falk Henschel again, but it most likely won't be as Carter Hall.
well no matter what alias he takes up like prince kufu or their dead historian son's father he'll still be carter hall /hawkman to chay 'era / kendra. and he has died with out her in the books and came back same for her. there' s no ther way for that acto to show up besides that besidejust picking up in any of his other lives in the time stream. so they ether pick up one of his earlir incarnations with other names or runinto him him regardless but it'll still be him.

yeah this is the show. but with that last stamen it looks like they will try for the same deal.

OH DAMN!! THAT WAS BAD ASS!!!!!!
FREAKING LOVED FIRESTORM WITH THE NUCLEAR WARHEAD!! i totally thought i wasnt going to dig him cause i love Robbie Amell as Ronnie but I LOVED Franz Drameh NOW!!!
That whole " i c BLAST &*() TOO!!! WAS AWESOME!!!
LOVED IT!!

More comments from Marc Guggenheim (and Ciara Renee) regarding Falk Henschel, Carter Hall, and the decision to do what they did:
http://variety.com/2016/tv/news/leg...arter-killed-vandal-savage-kendra-1201691481/
Read it and alot of people are saying the same thing artical wise she'll meet other version's of carter halls past lives alias's (really)

example below

However, Guggenheim also points out that the death took place out of time, so it's still possible for the Legends to encounter another version of Carter Hall while hopping to the past or future. In other words, anything's possible. Check back shortly on CBR for a full recap of tonight's episode.
