I've seen spoilers on other sites that say Juggs is seen climbing out of the water later on so was only incompacitated.

Hmm I don't remember that BUT I did miss a lot of stuff cause I was laughing so much so I wouldn't be shocked if I missed that while I was laughing at something else going on

Yes. He picks up Deadpool during the film and rips him in half. He throws a school bus during the last fight scene amongst other things.

Other than Domino, what roles do the other female cast members play in this?? Morena Baccarin, negasonic teenage warhead and girlfriend, do the have smaller roles??

Except Domino, other female characters had quite minor roles. Negasonic & Yukio had like 2 action scenes. Yukio is cute though, hope we'll see more of her.

Shatterstar's sexuality doesn't (have enough time to) come up.

All the other characters are really just side characters. I can't emphasize enough that this is really Deadpool's film. I'm not the film makers so I can't say why they did it this way but I would imagine they didnt want to be tied down with going through the backstory of other characters in a film like this because then it takes away from Deadpool interacting with these characters and for me at least, I feel like thats when this movie (as well as the first) is at its best.

Why wouldn't they? The first DP flick made a pretty big deal of its opening titles, it's more just the MCU that doesn't do it.
