I have to say, seeing all those together, I honestly don't care for Canary's costumes in the comics at all.

I much prefer the animated versions and Sara's.

Well, he's not entirely wrong. Laurel is badly written like 95% of the time. And Katie probably does deserve better. The last Episode is the only time where I really couldn't find a fault with Laurel's character. Still doesn't doesn't exactly make me like her any more, after everything I've seen of her in the first 2 Seasons.

John Campea needs to get a hold of himself. The way he behaved around Stephen was much worse than an average child. He’s extremely rude and arrogant who acts like he’s throwing his dummy out of the pram when something doesn’t go the way he wants it to. He doesn’t even use real arguments over ‘why he can’t stand Laurel’. It’s the same old tale of - "She’s annoying. She’s weak. She’s not in her right mind. She’s inconsistent. She cries too much." I think Stephen handled Johns outrage over Laurel well and briefly discussed over why he feels John can begin to start tolerating Laurels character more as the show plays through.

Can't say that I disagree with him there.I think Katie has a good chance of doing well,going forward.But,I don't think you can deny the writing let her down for season 2 and really about half of season 1.

I don't really see how she's that terrible. She's probably had the most "change" out of any character. She started off fine, then went through a downward spiral with her drinking(granted, it wasn't handled that well) and now she's redeeming herself and taking charge of her own life.
There's no where to go but up with her, IMO.

Frankly,I'm guessing the reason why her costume looks the way it does,is because she's so skinny.I honestly can't imagine her in fishnets or the corset type top.

I'm a big Black Canary fan and I've always know Dinah was drawn the short straw in the show as far as Berlanti and co. operate.

You know you fowled up when I prefer the Dinah "Redmund" and Lori Loughlin versions from BOP over Berlanti/Kreisberg/Guggeheim's poorly thought out Laurel
