Arrow Dinah Laurel Lance/Katie Cassidy Thread - Part 3

- Cisco became friends with Laurel on the Flash episode where she features and he gives her the canary cry.

- They were all together on the farm house.

- On Legend's of Tomorrow, on the first episode, Laurel gives Sara her White Canary suit, Sara asks how she managed to make that suit and Laurel answers that she has a resourceful friend called Cisco.

- On S4, Felicity tells Star Labs helped them build the new lair (the one under Palmer technologies anyway) where only Thea, Diggle and Laurel worked because Felicity and Oliver where out of town.

- Diggle told Star Labs made his helmet.

So I think they give enough hints that the two teams interacted. Out all of them that line would probably be better if Cisco gave it, but it's not really that reaching.....

This. It's good enough for me. If it's not for others that's on them, and it's not a flaw in the shows.

It's a flaw on the show. They're the ones who didn't write it, not me. Maybe you shouldn't ignore the show's bad writing, instead of implying that I and everyone else should just accept the badly written stuff we're given. I also explained why what they said doesn't add up.
All Cisco stuff. Not Caitlin. She's a doctor, not a tech expert. All of that is Cisco's work. They've interacted. Not Caitlin, who in between seasons, when the helmet and new lair were developed, was not on Team Flash, but working for Mercury Labs. Thea didn't even know they knew The Flash until this seasons crossover, proving that the Flash hadn't interacted with them. Them being together in the farmhouse for about 2 days only means something if they had talked once or even hinted at having talked.
Have a very great day!

God bless you! God bless everyone!

Well, I don't think that implying something which is totally possible to be bad writing. If it were something stupid like Caitlyn saying they loved Sara, I'd understand. There's plenty of time for Laurel and Caitlyn and Cisco to have become friends.

Probably got close on those other implied situations that occure i.e. Cisco helping with the new base and green arrow suit off screen, upgrading laurels canary cry device offscreen, building diggles helmet offscreen.

I dont even see how this situation could bother anyone.

All that happened while Caitlin wasn't apart of Team Flash and worked at Mercury Labs, except with the canary cry, when she wasn't with Cisco when he and Laurel did that. It agitates me, because it's a lie that the show making up to pretend that these people cared about Laurel when they don't and they never did, and there's no reason to have it. It's pointless. It's there to disrespect the character even more after her death, by faking relationships. There's no reason to have it.

There's plenty of time for them to be serial killers too. But they aren't. Because the show has never implied or shown that they are. Just like with this. Because this has never once been implied to be anything that's happened. Your thought process is complete headcanon. It's not anything that's on show. If you like your headcanon, then that's fine. But it's not what's happened on the show and has never been implied to have happened, ever. So yes, pulling something out of nowhere for no reason to have what I can only assume is pointless frivolous melodrama, because her being Laurel's doppleganger can't mean anything unless they want to mess with Arrow and reverse it's bad writing somehow and The Flash isn't likely to do that, is bad writing. None of it has any meaning, it has no point, the relationship was pulled so far out of nowhere when none of these people were shown to have any caring about the death of someone they supposedly "loved" and it's a continuation of the complete lack of anything connected to Laurel's relationships. Have a very great day!

God bless you! God bless everyone!

Um, only it is implied; it's being implied right now, by her saying this. :whatever:

That's not implying. It's something pulled out of nowhere for no reason, after it's become pointless to exist. There was no relationship. It's the show pretending there was for no reason, after it's stopped mattering. Have a very great day!

Katie talked about her headcanon being matching that of Laurels last words about him being the love of her life and how she talked to MG about it at the beginning of the season but he told her he didn't see it that way and the two were never getting back together.

Of course I don't agree with her but I don't expect her to be perfect.

Um, only it is implied; it's being implied right now, by her saying this. :whatever:

Except it is hollow as hell and carries next to no weight. Don't have all these characters never say a word to each other then except me to feel anything the minute they suddenly start caring about one another when they die and it is again with no interaction.

According to someone who was at Katies panel
If Katie could change anything, would change the Tommy/Laurel season 1 relationship as thought it was too one-dimensional and not well-written for Laurel

That's odd; I thought Tommy and Laurel were just fine.

Heck, that relationship was one of the very few well written parts for Laurel. After that it went entirely downhill.

I've always thought that Diggs and Lyla's relationship was the most maturest relationship presented on this show.

The first few Episodes, I thought even Ollie's and Felicity's relationship had potential to be great, when they talked like grown ups and worked through their problems. Then they ****ed it up.

The "Siren" cry special effect sucks but ill take what I can get.A

I liked the effect. And the cry was powerful at least. It shows it can make a lot of damage instead of just annoy the other ppl. Just imagine on that crossover, when the van door opens and she gives this cry at Vandal who goes flying through the room......

What does she says at the end "and you? you are hardly to ____?

Yeah, I don't even know why they had her use the Canary Cry during the crossover if it wouldn't do ANYTHING.

What does she says at the end "and you? you are hardly to ____?

TO Barry

They disrespected Laurel again, even after her character died. Worse, they disrespected Katie Cassidy and spat on her already on The Flash. They pandered to those that sent Katie Cassidy images of dead birds. This is garbage. These are the reasons I don't want to watch the DCTV universe anymore. What kind of people do that and what kind of people support it? Have a very great day everyone!

God bless you all! God bless everyone!

I think you're taking it a little too personally. They had a lot of fun with her on Flash and instead you went out of your way to be unhappy.

I love how ballsy and confident Black Siren was.

The Black Siren can't be on Arrow she's way too powerful. She leveled that building like it was nothing. Legends or Supergirl though that would be cool

They made it personal by pandering to people who send pictures of dead birds to a real live person. I'm sure there are not very nice people both sides of the fandom, but pandering to one of them is garbage. I'm sure they all had tons of fun disrespecting the actress who plays this character, by acknowledging her cyber bullies. I don't have to go out of my way to be unhappy. They already went out of their way to disrespect the actress. I just happened to be right there. Now this person is taking it too personally:
Then why not just go ahead and stop?
Why don't you stay away from my posts if you don't like them and focus more on defending bad writing and mean spirited people? I'm very sorry for the harshness. Have a very great day both of you and everyone!

God bless you both! God bless everyone!

When I first read that Katie would be on The Flash as Black Siren. I thought it was going to be the way they brought her back as Black Canary with the real sonic scream.
