Sometimes as a family, you have to have a conversation with an elderly loved one about taking away their driving privileges because it's become too dangerous for them to be on the road. Thats the conversation this man's family need to have with him about being involved with that newspaper. Lol

Starting to lean a little more into the notion this letter might have been faked too, after seeing it. The exaggerated ****ty handwriting looking like it was written by some mentally-deficient dude in crayon, combined with the cliche newspaper-letter cutouts, it's all a little much. Like "visualize an example of a hate letter, what's the most stereotypical that might be?" type of thing.

I would say that’s half true. Not everyone on the left walked it back and people are still holding onto it may be true. It’s like the Covington story. The Right only has Fox News and they are so deep in the trench that no one can hear them apologize even if they did.

Look at you, all triggered. I used the word "if" because he hasn't been convicted of anything. (Yet) Yeah I think he did it and faked the whole thing, but it's still innocent till proven guilty. I would've said the same thing if it was the other way around.

I'm not even American, I'm not losing any sleep over it. I actually often roll my eyes when there's something "offensive" people are outraged about in America. I just thought this was an interesting story, seeing how it's being reported from both sides...

This is hardly the first MAGA-guys-harassed-me-racially story that's been pulled out of people's asses. The swastika on the dorm doors - made up. The woman on the train, fabrication.

Hate crimes happen. Totally. Laying criticism over this on anyone other than Jussie is foaming-at-the-mouth partisan bull**** though. If hate crimes are as big a problem as you want them to be, you don't need to go around faking them. The Trumpies aren't creating a narrative over this, it's just that your narrative's got another example of its problems.
