I'm going for the Target one myself. I love bonus features.

depends on what the bonus features are.............

and besides, I don't really trust Target right now..........

and it's $5 more than Best Buy.

It has an art gallery, The Voices of Frozen featurette and a deleted scene involving Anna chasing a pig.

I think as long as you use cash at Target you should be fine.

Frozen weekend actuals were slightly better than the estimates, $2,147,743 for a 27.3% drop from last weekend.
That's a bit higher than usual for Frozen, but this was a depressed weekend for all holdovers and Frozen had the best hold out of all wide releases this week.

Weekend actuals for all movies:

I hope this week isn't the last hooray for Frozen, since its blu ray and DVD are coming out tomorrow.

hope not.

it's so close to $400m.

just needs 2 more solid weeks.

The numbers will get smaller and smaller as will theater counts, but Frozen will be in theaters a long time yet.
The best comparison is Tangled, it opened on almost the exact same day in 2010 as Frozen did in 2013, and also had a mid March DVD/Blue Ray release and still played until May 30, while having much smaller numbers than Frozen is putting up right now (Tangled's last weekend over 1 million was early Feb.)

That's reassuring. Maybe Disney can keep Frozen in the theatre until it can beat CF's domestic take. :oldrazz: That might take a really long time, though.

CF is just too far ahead I think, but it should overtake Iron Man 3. At some point though, Disney will stop reporting daily and weekend numbers until Frozen Finishes it's run, then they will report the final total.
As I mentioned, Tangled played until May 30, but the last day numbers were reported was Feb. 24 ($51,873 from 389 theaters that day), over that 3 month span Tangled added 6.3m (from 194.46m to 200.8m)

I'm picking this up tomorrow and seeing it for the first time. Hope it lives up to the hype.

Hey guys, I just wanted to share. I watched a lot of covers, as well as the official one with Demi Lovato, maybe it's just my opinion but I think Idina is far better because every time I listen to her, you can feel the song =). There's emotions coming out of her singing. Not bashing on Demi, shes good too and her version has the pop-beat to it, but that's just it, she's just singing it. By the way, if you guys havent seen this, it's a really good cover by a male singer. I put him up there with Idina, he's just that good. Watch for yourself.

ENJOY =D

If movies like Life of Pi, Dallas Buyers Club and The Blind Side are any indication, some first-run theaters will continue to play Frozen after it hits DVD and high-def. I mean, if enough money continues to trickle in -- why not?

My favorite is still the deleted dressing room scene. :D

Monday #'s, $195,135. Down 30% from last Monday. Pretty solid number for the eve of the DVD release.

Just got back from buying a copy for my daughter....she has to finish her homework, then the show is on....and on.....and on.....:woot:

Which store did you buy it from? I'm still going to hold out for October's release of the 3D Blu ray, but I'm curious to see whether Best Buy or Target got the best extra features for their edition.

I got the standard DVD from WalMart.

Target has the best extra features. Best Buy's is a little journal thing, Target's is a featurette, deleted scene and photo gallery.

Unfortunately, my Target was all out of that version, so I've got to hope the deleted scene finds it's way online.

I'm sure all the extras will be on YouTube in no time.

Does the movie seem to be selling well at the stores?
