I've seen that here before. It showed up when cumby was the name in the rumor mill. Its definitely got cumby as the model, looks like good fan art though.

Can't believe no one has mentioned Daniel Radcliff yet. The man has the experience to play a wizard. I couldn't resist but he wouldn't be bad, especially with some of the names that has already been thrown around.

Not sure, but I hope the DC rumors are true. I'm a big fan of his, but I don't think he's the best fit for Strange (though admittedly, I'm not the most knowledgeable person on the character). IMO though, he seems like a much better fit for Martian Manhunter or Brainiac.

Yeah but a piece of marvel studios concept art leaking before it officially releases is pretty rare I think. Especially for a movie that hasnt been officially dated and announced its lead.

It looks sort of like ryan meinerdings typical work, but idk it also doesn't. Could be real, I think chances are slim.

Feige stated as much 2-3 months ago. They intend Stephen Strange to spearhead the MCU going forward after phase III the way Tony Stark did early on.

Right but why would they necessarily go for star power? Their prior casting decisions don't necessarily reflect that. Paul Rudd and Edward Norton are really the only actors who were cast in lead Marvel roles that were already big stars.

I guess what I mean by star power is an actor that can lead and has led films. Rufus Sewell is not this and that caliber of actor is what prompted my comment.
