Don't Hate The Hater, Hate The Hate! - Part 13

I hate people who ***** about actors or directors that have to lie about their movies. Maybe the dumb ass interviewer shouldn't have asked them spoiler filled questions in the first place.

If the actor or director says "no comment" or shies away from the question it makes it look obvious that it's a yes answer. They are kind of forced to lie if they want to keep anything a secret nowadays.

Which is why I never watch those interviews. I don't want spoilers. But mostly, because those interviews are so fake and usually uncomfortable to watch.

I agree with this hatred. People nowadays want to check every interview, set report, trailer, etc. on a movie months before it comes out. Personally I shy away from hearing too much about things because that's how spoilers get leaked in the first place. I like to leave a lot of mystery until I watch the movie instead of going, "OMG did you see that set report that showed [insert actor] holding what's obviously [insert artifact]?! I can't wait to see it!"

I hate that it's been a long time since I've bought a comic book. I used to love collecting and reading , but I've lost interest in recent years. Some of it because of poor storytelling. Although I still enjoyed The X-men series which I've read numerous people complain about. I wanted to read X-men vs Avengers ,but I heard it wasn't any good.
I hate that X-Men fans would complain about Chris Claremont's convoluted plotlines when those were my favorite but it's the current X-Men that has me confused.

It's not easy to catch up either. I'd miss a few issues and then be confused as hell. I'm a fan of Claremont's work. I'm surprised people would complain about his run.

I hate people that cut off ambulance and fire trucks when you can hear and see sirens. No ambulance should have to stop because your too stupid to pay attention.

I hate that racism and homophobia still exist in this day and age.

And keep in mind too there was just one X-Men title throughout the 80's, I never considered X-Factor, Excalibur or New Mutants that essential.

I think his classic run was amazing! He's a legendary. His latest stuff is appalling though.

I hate people that wear pajama pants out in public. It's a small pet peeve, but for ****'s sake people, how hard is it to make yourself presentable.

If you can still get laid wearing pajamas, then that is presentable.

I hate how some mediums of entertainment define the difference between men and women, unfortunately it applies to some of the folks watching it:
Boy/man saying one bad thing about one girl/woman -> It's disrespect for women in general
Girl/woman says one bad thing about one boy/man -> group agree that all guys are like that

That's not tv. That's what people are really like.

Man says something bad about a woman:
Men all agree.
Women all get angry.

Woman says something bad about a man:
Women all agree.
Men all get angry.

So, if anything, tv is doing a good job of representing people.

They could also be trying to point out how silly doing that is by putting it in our faces.

The bigger problem is seeing some men agree on "saying one bad thing about one woman is disrespect for women in general", don't see it happening the other way around

Maybe not essential, but Excalibur with the little dragon and other weird goings on was a lot of fun.

I liked X-Factor.

This was always my favorite group of X-Men/X-Factor.

I hate that my mom is depending on me to teach her how to use her new iPhone. I've never used an iPhone before in my life and I have no idea what to do, so she's essentially asking me to learn everything about her phone for her even though we're starting out on the same level of ignorance.

I'm with you on that.

Say "**** if I know" and hand her the instructions.

Half the fun of getting my first iPhone was playing around with all the options and discovering things. Hell, that was part of the fun of getting my android too.

It's really not that hard. But I swear some people look at technology and think if they push the wrong button it'll explode in their hands.

Do you prefer the iPhone or the Android? I have a phone upgrade in a few months, and I'm trying to decide if I want to stick with iPhone or try something new.

There's nothing wrong with iOS, but the 5 didn't impress me at all. I wouldn't have upgraded at all, but I ended up breaking my 4.

But I'm really liking Jellybean and preferring it to iOS. It's a lot more customizable (and I haven't even rooted it or bothered figuring out how to do all the customization stuff yet). A lot of the settings are only a swipe away, rather than having to go digging for them in an app.

Plus, I love the size of the Note II (although it's just a hair too big, it's a much better size than the Note). Glad I didn't go with the S3 after all. Especially since it comes with a stylus and that was handy when I lost my voice and needed to write stuff for people to read :p

Only thing I miss is syncing with iTunes. But there's an application that'll do that for Android. I just need them to finish the upgrade for jellybean since it detects my iTunes library, but not my phone.

I like it when my mom asks me to teach her how to use phones I never touched before
I gain experience points and she likes it

During the process of my mom trying to install a Facebook app, I eventually told her "I don't know" enough times for her to walk away and accept that I don't, in fact, know how to do it.

Between this crap and her waking me up twice earlier to tell me she just bought her iPhone, I'm officially in a bad mood.

Or college university students going to class in flip flops, god I hate that it's fine with girls but then when guys wear flip flops and drag their feet they look like *****e bags.

I hate my emotions and my feelings. They've prevented me from having what I'd call a perfect day.
