I hate that at my job there is a box with The Avengers DVD and Blu-rays inside it and they can't be purchased until the 25th.

I know that that's the actual release date, but the fact that the blu-ray was right there in my hand and I couldn't buy it!

and you know what ELSE drives me up a wall on the bus?... sitting near the person who has to do the single-finger upwards deep-dig rotation to get that embedded snot out of their nose...

no tissue, no subtlety and no trying to disguise the move whatsoever...

that's when I just look not at the guy but straight ahead and say "classy", just loud enough for him to hear it...

Do you know the difference between someone who disguises picking their nose as another action and someone who straight-up picks their nose? One of them doesn't give a damn what everyone thinks. That one is more socially acceptable than the other is absurd.

and to make it even worse, they prolong the agony of others seeing all that...

they either try and be slick about it by doing the under-the-seat wipeoff or else they just flick it away... nasty...

but what the nastiest is is when they finally manage to dislodge it out of their nose, why must they take a few seconds to hold it up to their face and examine it as if it were some kind of trophy before getting rid of it?...

damns, some people just have no class and must think that no one can see them...

oh yeah, there's been worse than that... and on nights when the occasional drunk will come on...

now just imagine the three worst and most foul things that a drunk can do and you've got your "even WORSE" that can happen on a bus...

just imagine, cause I'D rather NOT say...

you and me both... yeah, it CAN get nasty... never ride a Chicago CTA bus late at night... the bloody worst behaviour possible from the worst possible drunks...

The bus is bad, but it's the Red Line train stops you have to be careful at.

I just take Metra, at least I know the conductors will kick ass if they have to.

since I live in the city, I never use Metra... too damn expensive to use it to get just four or five stops roundtrip to the suburbs on just one day alone...
