At the same time, I hate how a lot of "feel good about yourself and your body" campaigns completely de-emphasize the health benefits of not being overweight.

I can't say I hate this because I can understand the draw... but 5'0" women who refuse to look at anybody under 6'3". And vice versa. The physics are just strange.

My mom is like that. She's only 4'11", so she only likes tall men. She made damn sure her husband was tall so she wouldn't have short children.

I'm 5'7". It was a good effort, mom.

Which is why I can't say I hate it... but it sure does narrow the selection pool for us height challenged guys. I have seen a couple of hot little people... are we allowed to say midgets? Is that considered offensive? Oh well, I can't say I haven't entertained the idea.

and even when she wore heels, even though that REALLY boosted her a notch, I was still good with it...

hell, I just thought I was one lucky cuss to have someone like her to even LOOK at me, much less go out with me... she was probably the most beautiful woman I EVER went out with... even to this day...

It's scene for scene with changes so small that their hardly noticeable. The only big change was instead of a genetically altered spider it was a genetically altered wasp. I now have a headache after reading it. How hard is it to be original? I hate people who just rip off other things.

I'm definitely gonna notify the instructor, if she hasn't picked up on it already. It's absurd. He even got the Uncle getting shot during a robbery and the hero first using his powers during a cage fight (because a wrestling match would have been cliche ). Just blew my mind that he had the audacity to retell Spider-Mans origin. One of the most well known heroes in pop culture. Unbelievable.
