Okay, the episode is great, but the whole slow-as-molasses-building-until-FREAKIN'-COOL-END-TWIST pattern these episodes seem to be following can get tiresome.
Okay, now I hate Nathan even MORE - he's got TWO KIDS, he says he's happy with his marriage, but he still sleeps with Nikki? You're a politician! You SHOULD KNOW BETTER!
The Nikki kick-ass part was pretty cool - especially when she says "
our son" - so there ARE two personalities! I'm thinking she got the second one when she was tatooed with that s-like symbol.
I thought it was funny when Mr Bennett said, "Just take the one", when looking at Nathan and Nikki - because really, there are
three.
Peter's plotline was pretty m'eh - and Suresh didn't mature at all this episode - he spent the entire time whining about how he doesn't believe his father's work anymore.
Ando really needs to stop speaking English. Like, right now. *lol*
The "Hiro from the Future" scene was
awesome, and I was totally intrigued when he said he couldn't recognize Peter without his scar.
Scar? Will it be a
sexy scar? I certainly hope so.
But I'm a little wary of any future that relies on samurai swords and soulpatch goatees. Seriously, Hiro.
Also, with Claire's storyline - I was put off by the whole "you're never going to change, are you?" exchange while she was driving the car. It was like they were trying to justify what she does, but there's no excusing it - she's probably killed or crippled him. A sixteen year old boy. Nice going, Claire.
