At this point, I'm more interested in watching a documentary about this movie's production, than the movie itself.

I think this past year has given us a good example of how to and how not to act in this situation. Josh Trank and Peyton Reed both have faced massive amounts of criticism and insults from fans. One has dealt with it with grace and maturity, and seems to have won over at least a large amount of his detractors. One has acted like a spoiled child and made things many times worse for himself.

Let that be a lesson to future directors.

I don't take people seriously when they say that Trank "walked away."

That is some deep level of denial at this point. Trank has made it crystal clear now.

I don't know if I believe the "Josh Trank was high every day on set" gossip but he was clearly doing some kind of drugs when he approved that Dr. Doom design and decided to commit it to film.

I think he may just have a terrible sense of design whether he is high or sober.

Just saw the two final trailers... Oh my god... How was this movie even approved until this stage? Thank god Trank isn't involved with Star Wars anymore.

It makes the most sense. Its oddly late in the game to change a major color scheme like that

i mean seriously.. look at that shot of her with the red lava... her suit almost has a green hue reflecting off it that shouldn't be there.... im pretty sure they just said "screw it" lets make the lava green and the green screen light reflection will save us time and money.

That's interesting. You're right, there is some green light on her face/hairs in the first picture. That's a pretty good (and funny) reason as to why they turned the lava planet into World of Warcraft : the Burning Crusade's Shadowmoon Valley

so this film is now trending as #1 on facebook... but......... dare you click the hashtag and 87% of it is incredibly negative.. from about every news sourcce posting it....

I had a look at BoxOffice's twitter tracking, with every other trailer I've the positive ratio get a big boost for a few days, yesterday the pos:neg ration dropped from 4:1 the day before to 1:1.
