Of course this is the same guy who called all detractors and even a talented Marvel artist racist and said he needed a challenge and knew people would criticize him.![]()

Still, you can tell that the dialog was awkwardly pieced together word by word in really awkward ways. I'm surprised that Fox gave this trailer the go-ahead.
Bingo.
Marvel messing about with their own comic properties and merchandise is Marvels doing not Fox.
And Fox running properties to the ground is their fault, not Marvel's.
Trank knew what he was in for. He knew there would be backlash, and cunningly planned to respond to it like an angry teenager.Lightning Strykez! said:Oh, how quaint.Looks like someone has yet to add "Growing a thicker skin" on his list of achievements.
Trank needs to grow the f*** up. He knew what he was signing up for. If he was confident in this film he wouldn't need to resort to such passive/aggressive behavior on the internetz. He'd just sit back and let the results speak for themselves. Clearly he knows an even greater s*** storm is coming for that ass in a few weeks.![]()

I didn't say it was.

And why should Marvel promote another companies projects when they have zero involvement? Yet Fox still attaches the "Marvel" banner at the beginning of the film because they are more than willing to borrow Marvel's reputation when it suits their needs.

You're giving in to the wishes of a large corporation simply because they're willing to harm their own properties? That's cowardice. I'm not willing to cave to pressure over Marvel's bad behavior since if Marvel got the FF rights back, they'd easily cancel all the X-Men comics. Fox gave Daredevil back and they canceled FF. Do you really think they won't go even harder on the X-Men if they get the FF back?
I'd rather see this film do well since it'll send a message to Marvel to not disrespect their fans, uncancel the FF and feature Fox-owned characters in animation and video games. Boycotting the film just because Marvel is throwing a temper tantrum sends the message that that type of bad behavior works.
The point is, people are not happy with what Fox is doing with Fantastic 4. They failed at 2 attempts already, and look to be batting 3 for 3. Yes, Marvel selling off their rights seems like a dumb idea in hindsight, but they were in desperation mode. Now that Marvel has become a machine, and they have maintained at the very least, consistency with their releases, people want to see their take on Fantastic 4. You are insinuating Fox has every right to do what they want with the property, and technically they can to an extent, but it doesn't mean people should accept it, and give it the benefit of a doubt, when it just doesn't interest to begin with.
Marvel doesn't want anything to do with something like that, as they want brand unity.

Quick question: why is the alternate dimension now green? What happened to all the lava and fire? Did it test bad with test audiences? Was it to scary for the little kiddies?
Quick question: why is the alternate dimension now green? What happened to all the lava and fire? Did it test bad with test audiences? Was it to scary for the little kiddies? Personally I thought the fire and lave looked a whole lot better than this green energy stuff thats now all over the place. It looks like Kryptonite and Doom looks like he is made of Kryptonite with his inter-dimensional melted onto his kryptonite body.

Who knows nut Trank is saying it was always supposed to be.

It's not like they filmed real lava and then had to recolor it, they made it red for the first trailer. What a stupid thing to lie about.
All I said was what Marvel does with comics and comic merchandising is completely on them and not Fox, that's a fact.
Blaming Fox for what Marvel does is asinine.
They wouldn't be promoting another companies project (movie). They'd be continuing with their own company's products (comics) that have been going for decades until now..
They didnt cancel the comics, merch and remove any reference to Fantastic Four when the previous movies came and went. And those comics and Merch obviously didn't do much promotion of those movies since they didn't do that good at the box office.
This is Marvel/Disney interfering with the Comics for the worse, out of spite. That is shameful and pointless tactics imo and I'm surprised the true fans of Fantastic Four who want a 616 movie are okay with it.
They've used the Marvel banner since before there was a Marvel Studios or reputation, it's not a recent thing.
